1st Floor

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. It has beautiful soft gray-colored cabinetry and granite countertops.  Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a 12-foot, counter-height bar with 8 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, this dining room seats 12. Add that to the barstools, and you can fit 20 people all together for a meal!

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. It has 3 full-sized couches, and a mounted 55-inch flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the main hallway to the right after walking in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Across from bedroom #1, this bedroom is off the main hallway to the left when you walk in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The 10′ x 25′ private, saltwater pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months.

2nd Floor:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Up the stairs and located in the front left corner of the home, this bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower and also has access to the front balcony. This balcony has a cozy seating area for morning coffee time.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is just down the hallway from bedroom #3. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom is down the hallway, in the back right corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. There is extra floor space for an air mattress, and the air mattresses and sheets are stored in the closet.. This room also has access to the backyard screened-in balcony that is shared with bedroom 6. There is a door chain and security locks on these balcony doors for child safety.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM#6: This room is across from bedroom 5, in the back left corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Lastly, it also has access to the backyard screened-in balcony.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located off the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all the bathroom linens stored here.

3rd Floor:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #7: Up on the 3rd floor, go straight to bedroom #7. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV, and also has extra floor space for an air mattress or a pack-n-play. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM #8 (BUNK ROOM) + BATHROOM 8: Last, but certainly not least, bedroom #8 is across the hallway from bedroom 7. This Bunk Room has 2 built-in full-over-full bunk beds. There is also a flat-screen mounted tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. This includes 4 bunks that can sleep 8.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities:
1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, and 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring:
Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

•Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home.

Final Balance Due:
Balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Waiver:
$199, covering up to $500 in damage protection. Not refundable.

If a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
