Salty Days is a beautiful 6-bedroom, 5 and a half-bathroom coastal retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, located in the Gulfview Heights community along Scenic Highway 30A. With a private pool and thoughtfully arranged living spaces, the home provides a comfortable setting for gathering, unwinding, and enjoying the best of 30A.

Inside, the home features bright, well-appointed interiors and comfortable gathering spaces designed for both connection and relaxation. The main common areas provide a welcoming setting for shared meals and downtime, while a second floor living room offers additional space to unwind, complete with arcade games and a bunk setup that works especially well for kids or younger guests. The bedroom layout is ideal for families and groups, including four king suites and a dedicated bunk suite that adds flexibility for a variety of stays.

Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, where the pool is surrounded by loungers for sun-filled afternoons. Guests also enjoy access to Gulfview Heights community amenities, including a resort-style pool, a four-story lookout tower with sweeping views, and covered lounge and grilling areas. 1st Floor:

Kitchen: This kitchen features plenty of counter space and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances to make cooking for a large group a breeze. This all-white kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and gas-top stove.

Dining Room: The dining room is located right next to the living room. There is a table which offers seating for 8. The island also has seating for 6 guests, comfortably seating a total of 14 guests.

Living Room: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room in an open-concept layout. With three full-sized couches, there is plenty of space for everyone to spend time together.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Half Bathroom #6: This half bath is located right off the kitchen and dining room area for convenience.

Laundry: Comes with a full sized, side-by-side washer and dryer to make going home with clean clothes easy and convenient!

Backyard: The backyard is adorned with an array of lush greenery and your own private pool. The soothing sound of water and the warm tropical atmosphere creates a backyard oasis that feels like a slice of paradise.

House Rules:
-Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 4 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.

Gorgeous home! It was even better than the pictures and was the perfect space for our families. We had four adults and 5 children, and we had more than enough room; another family could have easily fit! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We were steps from the community pool/hot tub, which was never overly crowded. The golf cart was so fun, and we didn’t have horrible traffic like some of the other popular beaches on 30A (Seaside/Rosemary). I would highly recommend this Airbnb!!

Beautiful home. Very clean and spacious. Loved having 3 couches which provided ample room for all to sit and visit. Large dining table and added barstools at the island counter which provided plenty of eating space for a large group. Each room had its own en-suite which is ideal. We did discover that the ceiling fan remote not only controlled your own fan and light, but everyone else’s as well. That was quite frustrating, entertaining and puzzling all at the same time. The provided motorized “golf-cart” was a nice added bonus.

Would highly recommend this house for your next stay in 30A. The house was close to the community pool and a quick golf cart ride to some restaurants. The house has lots of room to spread out for a large group. The pool deck area is small but still allows you to enjoy some time in the backyard. The beds weren’t the comfiest but not horrible. We only ate lunch and breakfast at the house but found all the necessary cooking items.

Wonderful stay! The house is squeaky clean, which is very important to me. My family and I had lots of space and everything we needed. The house looks exactly like the photos. Of course, bring your own toiletries, but the initial supply was appreciated. The golf cart was perfect for getting around. The pool and grill were perfect for a lazy day in. The kids loved their bunk beds and arcade games - even the adults had a blast with them too! Note that the hosts will only respond between 9am -6pm, but when they do, the team/Ryan is very kind and helpful and navigated us through any hiccups. My family said multiple times they’d like to stay at this location again.

Loved our stay here! Perfect for our family. My only 4 star was on communication as overall it was great, however, expect at least an hour delay in response and know that they operate during business hours only for non-emergency stuff. Oh, and FYI - you don't communicate with "Ryan" but rather a property mgmt company. Not an issue. Just took me a min to figure that out. :)
Pro's: The place was well kept, clean, everything felt newer, great layout, nice neighborhood.
Heads up: they provide minimal toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags; check-in time is late in the day (5p); association has a lot of rules that you'll need to learn/understand; no issues with any of these things and would not consider them "negatives" on the listing. I still give it a great rating as we loved it. Just would have appreciated a heads up on these things more specifically going into our stay.

What a beautiful house! Amazing pool and tower

Be sure to check out the trails at the back of the development too! Great appliances in the kitchen and laundry, plenty of towels, washcloths, and hand towels, comfortable furniture and beds. I think most of the beds are memory foam mattresses, but I didn't check that to be sure. Unfortunately, I'm afraid we wore out the property manager. Luckily the owner didn't have to be involved. I think the owner is reachable through the VRBO app messaging, but the manager sends you a separate text and you correspond with them through that. They were extremely responsive even after hours and on weekends. We only had minor questions-No problems. Code to pool gate had changed, needed more wristbands for the pool, etc. Beach access was tricky because the closest public beach access was surrounded by private beach areas so there really was no room for a group our size available at the "Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access." We ended up going to the "Gulfview Heights Beach Access" and we had plenty of room there. Both of the access points are about a mile from the house so you will have to drive or use the included golf cart. We had 12 people so there were some people who had to share a bed that didn't want to. If you have a full group of 20, there are 4 twin size beds and the remaining 16 share a full or King size bed. There are really great closet areas for all rooms so you can get your stuff out of the way and walk through each room easily. I would definitely return!

A Luxurious Beachside Escape We’ll Never Forget

Our family’s stay at this stunning beach house was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how luxurious and spacious the home felt—every room designed with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The cleanliness was top-notch, making it feel like we were the first guests to ever step foot inside. The pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing retreat after a day in the sun, and driving around in the golf cart added a fun twist to our adventures. The property management was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect, and the check-in/out process couldn’t have been smoother. It was such a seamless, upscale experience that we’re already planning our our next stay—hands down, we’d book this gem again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautiful home and everything was VERY clean ( I am picky!). The location was great and Ryan was quickly responsive to every question and concern. There were some errors in the listing-- we were told this was due to an update in Airbnb that changed some settings. Regardless, we did book the house believing there were five king beds (there are four) and included some amenities that were not there. I would absolutely book this home again-- it is stunning, the pool was super warm, the neighborhood is great, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The house was lovely with space well distributed. There is a club house that was very nice as well, with heated pool, grills and fire pit. There are a couple of details to be aware: 1) the AirBnb listing mentioned 2 rooms with 2 bunk beds each and 4 rooms with king size beds. However, one of the bunk beds room was a loft with only 1 bunk bed. 2). There are no blackout blinds. Hence, be prepared for daylight early in the morning coming through your window.
Overall, we were a big group and loved the house. The grill was not working properly but we used the club house grills and everything turned out beautiful. There is a code place that is excellent walking distance and the sunsets were espectacular. We also enjoyed visiting other beaches closed by. Thank you!

A beautiful place. I have stayed at a lot of beach houses and this one was amazing. Fully loaded with towels, plates and more. Great location, nice (smaller pool) and golf cart so it had everything we needed.

1 yr Post Op Celebration

We came to celebrate our 7yo grandsons 1 year post op from heart transplant surgery. He LOVES the ocean and all of us being under one roof. This place was all described and more! Private pool was small but perfect for the 6 grandkids to enjoy. Wonderful community pool area, and not far at all with the golf cart to the ocean. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc for our large group! Thank you for a wonderful stay and memory creating place. We love 30A!!

It was perfect. Exactly as described. The first day there as a storm and lightning struck the house! It knocked out power to a room and the internet. They worked diligently to get it back asap. They were extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

Our family enjoyed our time at Salty Days. The location is convenient to the community pool and to the beach which is a short ride with the golf cart that is provided. It is also has several restaurants and eateries in the area and grocery stores are a short car ride away. I would definitely recommend salty days for a family vacation.
