Luxury by the Sea is an elegant 4-bedroom, 4 and a half-bathroom coastal retreat that sleeps up to 14 guests, offering elevated beach living just off Scenic 30A. This beautifully designed home features a private pool, multiple outdoor living spaces, and a rooftop observation deck, creating an inviting setting for families and groups seeking a memorable seaside getaway.

The home unfolds across three levels, with the main living spaces designed to take full advantage of natural light and an easy, open flow. The kitchen, dining, and living areas connect seamlessly, creating a comfortable space suited for everything from quiet mornings to shared meals and evenings together. Two king suites provide peaceful private retreats, while an additional king bedroom and bunk room complete the sleeping layout for families and mixed groups. On the first floor, a secondary lounge with a game room, ping pong table, and kitchenette opens directly to the pool area, offering an additional gathering space with plenty of room to gather comfortably.

1st Floor:

Lounge Area (Game Room + Kitchenette): Designed for relaxation and casual fun, the 1st floor lounge features comfortable seating and 2 Smart TVs. The nearby kitchenette includes a mini fridge, sink, coffee station, and generous counter and storage space, while a ping pong table adds an enjoyable element for friendly competition.

Bedroom #1: This bedroom includes 2 custom-built queen/queen bunks, a dresser, 2 accent floor poufs, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is access to Bathroom #1 in the hallway.

Bathroom #1: This bathroom is in the 1st floor hallway and includes a single vanity and large walk-in shower for Bedroom #1.

Backyard: The backyard and outdoor spaces include a private pool surrounded by paved decking and comfortable lounge seating, creating a relaxing setting for time spent outside. Multiple gathering areas span several levels, including an elevated deck with dining seating and shaded lounge areas, all leading up to a rooftop observation deck that offers an elevated place to take in the surrounding views.

2nd Floor:

Kitchen: This spacious kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals with family and friends. It features polished white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances throughout. Amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, along with all standard utensils and cookware. The kitchen island includes additional seating for 4, perfect for sharing meals together.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 4 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
