Somerset by the Sea is an elegant 4-bedroom, 3 and a half-bathroom coastal retreat that sleeps up to 12 guests, located within the private Somerset Bridge community along Scenic 30A. Inside, the home is arranged across two levels, offering a comfortable balance between shared gathering spaces and private retreats. Two king bedrooms provide comfortable private spaces, while a queen suite and an additional bunk room offer a fun and flexible setup that works especially well for families and mixed groups, giving everyone a place to settle in and feel at home.

1st Floor:

Kitchen: This spacious kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals with family and friends. Amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, along with all standard utensils and cookware. The breakfast bar with seating for 4 provides additional dining space, making it easy for everyone to enjoy meals together.

Dining Room: The dining room features a wooden table with seating for 8, positioned beneath a modern chandelier and located just off the patio, making it ideal for shared meals.

Living Room: The living room features a leather sectional paired with a cozy upholstered sofa, set beneath soaring ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating an inviting space for gathering and relaxing together.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, an accent chair, private closet, computer desk, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom attached with a Jack-and-Jill vanity, bathtub, and large walk-in shower.

Half Bathroom #4: The half bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway just off the living room.

Laundry: The laundry room is located on the first floor and includes a full-sized washer and dryer and a utility sink.

Bathroom #3: This bathroom is located in the hallway and includes a Jack-and-Jill vanity and bathtub/shower combination for Bedrooms #3 and #4.

Bedroom #4: This bedroom includes 2 custom-built twin/full bunks, perfect for kids or larger groups. This bedroom shares hallway Bathroom #3 with Bedroom #3.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Pets are NOT permitted in this home.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 3 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
