Palm Royale is a charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, located in the heart of Inlet Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. 1st Floor:
Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It features high-end appliances and finishes throughout and the perfect breakfast nook with plenty of seating. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware.
Dining Room: The dining room extends from the kitchen, including a beautiful round table and seating for 6.
Living Room: This spacious living room greets you upon entering the home. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room and includes 2 full-sized couches, 2 accent chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV.
Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a bench, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is also access to the pool area. It has a private bathroom with a jack-and-jill vanity, stand-up shower, and a separate soaking tub.
Bathroom #2: This bathroom is next to the kitchen and convenient to the backyard, it includes a walk-in shower.
Laundry: The laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer, you will find all of the linens stored here.
Backyard: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a conversational area and several lounge chairs. There is a private pool that can be heated in the cooler months.

We had a fun family spring break at Palm Royale. The location was close to a couple of high end restaurants and a small shopping center that had nightly music which we enjoyed. We had to drive a bit to get to some of the other popular places along 30A but nothing was far!We contacted the property manager regarding a couple things missing and they responded quickly. The main rooms were large and clean, the beds were a bit firm for our liking, but some people love that!The pool was perfect for the kids and got pretty good evening shade. Family of 4 plus a pup booked for spring break.We really liked this rental for a lot of reasons. This home was perfect for our family. It was clean and the layout was perfect with the primary bedroom downstairs and 3 remaining bedrooms upstairs. The golf cart was great for getting our gear to and from the beach and the backyard with the pool was where we spent most of our time while at the house. We enjoyed our stay at Palm Royale and felt right at home. The location can’t be beat….. you are minutes walk or bike ride to the beach and all the restaurants and shops of Rosemary and Alyce. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for us, so we did t get to use the pool, but the fences in backyard was fantastic and pool was nice. My family and I had a wonderful vacation! We had 6 adults and the house provided plenty of space. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We chose to cook at home rather than go out to keep cost down. They have all the things you need and everything is new! The pool is so nice! We used it everyday!

The house was beautiful. This home fit are family of 9 perfectly. We had some issues in the beginning with water pressure but thankfully the plumber was on it which I know was not owners problem. I think the city was responsible for those issues. I was happy they worked with us and got that fixed for the rest of our stay. We highly recommend this home. The pool was amazing that is where we spent a lot of our time. This Vacation Rental was Beautiful, Spacious, and was VERY CLEAN! It was everything we expected and more! It had lots of amenities, especially in the kitchen area! The house was in a great Location and was a quick golf cart ride to the beach! The pool and the outdoor space were wonderful! We were very impressed and we will definitely Rent this home again if we come back to PCB and will tell others about it!! You cannot go wrong staying in this Vacation home if you’re ever in PCB!
