Lantana Retreat is a cozy 5 -bedroom, 3 and a half-bathroom coastal getaway that accommodates up to 14 guests inside the private gated community of Destiny East. Home Layout and Bedroom Details:

1st Floor:

Kitchen: This kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a center island bar with 3 bar stools.

Dining Room 1: The dining room is located across from the kitchen and bar. Enjoy your family meals at table that seats 6 people.

Dining Room 2: The dining room is off the first living room. A glass top table ready to accommodate 4 people.

Living Room 1: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has 2 sofas and a gaming system.

Living Room 2: This room features two sofas, a large mounted flat screen TV, two end table and lush accent chair, great for gathering.

Laundry: The washer and dryer are located downstairs, off the garage.

Backyard: The spacious backyard is ready for a good time: from volleyball or soccer to relaxing In the lounge chairs.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: You have bedroom number one up the stairs and to the left. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, a twin bunk, dresser, 2-nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub, and walk in shower.

Bedroom #2: This room is near bedroom #1. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands.

Bedroom #3: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a queen-sized bed, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV.

Bedroom #4: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a queen-sized bed, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV.

Bedroom #5 (Bunk Room): This bunk bedroom is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with one twin-over-full bunk beds, and a twin-over-twin bunk. It has its own dedicated bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo.

House Rules:
-Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $200.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 5 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
