Gone Coastal is a stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom private home that sleeps 12! The interior boasts a relaxed coastal vibe with airy living spaces adorned with light, breezy colors and natural textures that evoke the beauty of the seaside. The open concept living area seamlessly flows into a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a tranquil escape, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun. Our property is equipped with an EV charger using the J1772 plug, compatible with most electric vehicles for both Level 1 and Level 2 charging (120v and 240v). This charger is compatible with a wide range of EVs, including popular models like Tesla, Porsche, and BMW.

It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just off 30A and walking distance to Alys Beach. The community is a popular biking area. No matter what your needs, this custom built luxury beach house is the perfect place for your family and friends to create memories and traditions on 30A.

1ST FLOOR:

LIVING ROOM: This spacious living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Sink into the plush seating arrangements while enjoying the outdoor view.

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It features high-end appliances and finishes throughout. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove,
1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffee pot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large island bar with seating for 4.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is part of the open concept design with bench seating and 2 chairs.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 night stands, a dresser, and flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a double sink vanity, soaking tub, and stand-up shower.

BEDROOM #2: This bedroom includes a full/full bunk bed, 2 classic arcade games with seating, and a flat-screen TV.

BATHROOM (HALF BATH) #2: This half bath is conveniently located in the hall across from the stairs.

LAUNDRY: Stackable washer and dryer is located in the king suite’s walk-in closet.

BACKYARD/PATIO: Step through the double french doors and you will find a large, screened-in patio overlooking a stunning saltwater granite pool with a tanning deck.

2ND FLOOR:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed and 2 night stands. It has access to the front balcony. It also has its own private bathroom with a sink and shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM #4: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 night stands, and a flat-screen TV.

BATHROOM #4: This is a full bathroom that is accessed from the hallway and has a shower/tub combination.

ADDITIONAL PROPERTY INFORMATION:

AMENITIES:
-Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
-Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.
-Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules.
-Deposit + Payments
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home. Final Balance Due: The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid 60 days before arrival
-Damage Waiver: $199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

GOLF CART:
-Free Golf Cart Included with Rental. Some Exclusions may apply. Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or student groups.

PETS:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.

PARKING:
-ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 4 CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.

CANCELLATIONS:
- 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30
days before check-in.

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal—just a short walk/LSV ride to private beach access and close to a great selection of restaurants.
One of our favorite features was the backyard with a screened-in porch, complete with a TV, dining table, and ceiling fans—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors without worrying about bugs. The private saltwater pool was amazing, and the fenced-in yard made it feel extra private and secure.
Having the LSV was a huge plus and made getting around town super convenient. This home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

This is our fourth year traveling down to the 30A area and second time staying on Clareon Dr. We loved that this home was at the end of the street on a cul-de-sac, which provided little traffic and an area for the kids to ride bikes, play kickball and baseball right in front of our house. The home was nicely laid out and everyone, including the kids had their own space. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware you would ever need and the ice machine was a real treat. The screened in porch was nice for mornings with coffee and in the evenings with a book. The pool was the perfect size and our youngest child enjoyed the zero entry area to the pool to play in. The real treat was the golf cart that was provided, which made the trip to the beach quick and easy. Ryan and Denise were very responsive whenever we had questions and we would not hesitate to book this home again.
