Living Room: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. It has 3 full-sized couches and a mounted 55-inch flat-screen TV.
Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.
Half Bath #8: Located just down the hall from the living room for convenience.

The house was clean and had everything we needed for 15 people. Great location to walk or take a quick golf cart ride to the beach or store. The private beach access is always a plus! Slight issue with the hot tub but they were quick to respond with a solution. Check in/check out process was quick and easy. Very nice place and having the golf cart was great. Overall experience with the house and the mgt/communication was excellent. The reaction to minor issues was very speedy and top notch. Feels new and fresh and SO MANY TOWELS
The property was as advertised - no let downs or disappointments based the listing details or the pictures. Bonus: More towels than I’ve ever seen provided in any rental I’ve ever been in, times 5. Beaches are a little crowded in July and no tents allowed on beach so bring chairs or rent them. Golf cart was a HUGE benefit. Would definitely rent again. Great stay! Close to the beach. Perfect for the amount of people we had (7 kids and 13 adults). Kids loved the bunk room and arcades. The pool was perfect for littles, with the sun shelf and awesome to have after the beach and while the littlest kiddos napped.
We had an issue with the refrigerator going out (lightening) but thankful there was a second refrigerator. The management company did end up providing bottled water and some compensation for ice and water we purchased prior, which was all appreciated. Beautiful home in gated neighborhood. We absolutely loved our stay here!!! We had 10 adults, and 4 children, 4 and under. Everyone fit beautifully. Plenty of seating for everyone, very spacious. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee, or shopping. They do include a 6 passenger golf cart if you’d rather ride. All the bedrooms besides the bunk room have king beds and their own private bath, which is wonderful!! The backyard space is perfect, with lots of lounge chairs and table seating. The week we went was on the cooler side but it didn’t stop us from having the best time!! We were in the hot tub or heated pool the entire week. Pictures don’t do this property justice! Absolutely stunning, clean, spacious, and so beautifully designed.
