This home is 3 stories, and is right at the front of the neighborhood! It features brand new, modern décor, Features include a 3rd floor kitchenette and bar! There’s a private, saltwater pool in the backyard, and also a community pool. The community is located off of scenic highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tale restaurant and beach access. There’s 2 private, designated beach accesses for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart we include over to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, (home to 110 designer and name brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, Grocery Stores, gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

  • Linens always get properly washed, and fresh sets brought after each guest checkout. So guests get all fresh sheets, towels and bath mats.
  • Our pools are always professionally maintained. The balancing of the chemicals to ensure a clean and healthy pool.

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It has crisp white cabinets, quartz countertops, and bold black accents. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a counter-height bar with 4 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, this dining room has a large beautiful wood table, with unique oak benches. It seats 12 people.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has 2 full-sized couches, a custom saddle-colored leather loveseat, and a mounted 55-inch flat screen tv.

BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the main hallway to the right after walking in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: Across from bedroom #1, this bedroom is off the main hallway to the left when you walk in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand up shower.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located off the main hallway downstairs. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all the bathroom linens stored here.

BATHROOM #8 (HALF BATH): Located across from the laundry room, off of the main hallway. All the bathrooms in the home have custom-built in cabinetry and granite countertops.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The 10×25 private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR:

BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3: Come up the stairs and turn left to find bedroom #3, located in the front right corner of the home. This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 large nightstand, and mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination. Lastly, it has access to the front balcony that runs the full length of the home. This balcony has a cozy loveseat and chair set for morning coffee time.

BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is across from bedroom #3, in the front left corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 1 large nightstand, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower and also has access to the front balcony.

BEDROOM #5 + BATHROOM #5 (BUNK ROOM): When you get to the landing on the 2nd floor, go right to find bedroom #5. This is the bunk room, including 2 full-over-full bunks beds, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 2 end tables, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with 2 sinks and a glassed-in shower/tub combination. There is extra floor space for an air mattress, and the air mattresses and sheets are stored in the closet in this bathroom. This room also has access to the backyard balcony that runs the full length of the back of the home. There is a coded security lock on this balcony door for child safety.

BEDROOM #6 + BATHROOM #6: This room is across from the bunk room, in the back, left corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. It has extra floor space for an air mattress or pack-n-play. Lastly, it also has access to the backyard balcony.

3RD FLOOR:

BEDROOM # 7: Up on the 3rd floor, go straight to bedroom #7. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a mounted flat screen tv, and also a cozy, quaint seating area to relax or have a good read. This room has access to the 3rd floor balcony off the front of the home.

BATHROOM #7: This bathroom is shared by bedroom # 7 and #8, and has a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM #8 + UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA: Last, but certainly not least, bedroom #8 is at the top of the 3rd floor landing. It has a full-over-full bunk bed and a full-sized couch. There is also a flat screen tv mounted over a custom-made bar that seats 6. This living area has access to the 3rd floor balcony as well. There is a coded security lock on this balcony door for child safety.

UPSTAIRS KITCHENETTE: Across from the shared bathroom (#7), there’s a small kitchen! This awesome feature includes a Keurig/coffee maker machine, a microwave, sink, and a full-size refrigerator. This means that you will have 2 refrigerators worth of storage for the whole family! The kitchenette is also stocked with dishes and utensils.

Rate Adjustments

Included Guests and Student Group Rules

*Inquire for college group spring break rates, Rates are group specific, Including included number of guests. 
Rate includes 18 guests, July 4th rate includes 20. $100 per person over 18 guests. 

*If groups under 25 are accepted, a $100 damage deposit will be required from each person.

Additional Charges

Tax: 11.5% Florida Tax Pool Heat: $250-$350 Cleaning Fee: $450.00

Some Exclusions may apply.

Not included for groups under the age of 25.

NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Community per HOA rules.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.

Final Balance Due: Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is required or a damage waiver of $69-$79, covering up to $500.00.

Room for 5 vehicles in driveway.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60 days prior to check in:
25% of the rental rate & taxes will be forfeited.

Cancellations after 60 days prior to check in:
ALL payments paid to date will be forfeited.
