The first floor includes the open living, dining, and kitchen area, which are comfortably furnished with décor that combines rustic coastal elegance with tropical nuances. A cream-colored couch, love seat, and two safari slipcovered chairs provide a seating ensemble near a large flat screen TV mounted above a wide credenza. A massive provincial country table near the open kitchen is flanked by two wide white benches and accented by tropically inspired high backed straw woven chairs at each end for charming family dining. Four unique clear acrylic-topped Vintage Modern chairs sit beside a kitchen bar. Brushed stainless steel appliances and plenty of white cabinetry fulfill any culinary needs. One of the handsomely appointed Guest Suites with a marble-tiled walk-in shower bath is on this level with a king sized bed.

The Master Bedroom, a Guest Bedroom, and a nice Bunk Room are on the second level with luxurious en-suite baths. The Master Suite, along with one of the Guest Bedrooms include king-sized beds with plush cloth headboards, and a have a comfortable cottage styled look. Both baths include marble-clad walk-in showers with a double vanity in the Master Suite and a single vanity for the Guest Bedroom. The spacious Master Bedroom also has direct access to the second-floor veranda, which provides glittering views. The Bunk Room has a queen/twin bunk, a twin/twin bunk, bean bag chairs, and a private bath with a tub/shower.

The top floor has its own Guest Suite with a king-sized bed, a private bath with a marble adorned walk-in shower and access to the open rooftop deck providing panoramic views of the sensational scenery. All bedrooms include large Flat screen TVs for nighttime viewing pleasure.
– Community Pool
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA’s discretion, the community pool is typically heated from mid-October to mid-January and again during spring break.
