1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a center island bar, with 7 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar is the dining room. Enjoy your family meals at this large, handmade table that seats 12 people. Not only can you see the Tv from this space, it also has a front-row view of the backyard and pool.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has 2 full-sized sofas and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, 4K, flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Located on the first floor, (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, an accent chair, and a flat-screen tv. It has its own spacious, private bathroom that is wheelchair friendly, with a stand-up shower.

BATHROOM #6(Half Bath): This bathroom is located on the first floor, off of the main hallway. All of the bathrooms in the home have custom, built-in cabinetry, with granite countertops.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located downstairs, off of the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.

2ND FLOOR:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Up the stairs and to the right, you have bedroom number three. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom, with a stand-up shower. You will find that it has access to the balcony that runs the full length of the back of the home, overlooking the backyard, pool, and lake behind the house. This backyard balcony has a cozy outdoor loveseat and chair set, with a coffee table.

BEDROOM #4: This room is adjacent to bedroom #3, in the back of the house. But rather than calling this a bedroom, it would be more appropriate to call it a hangout zone! It has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 full-size couch, 2 accent chairs, a flat-screen tv, and access to the same balcony as bedroom #3, with lake views!

BEDROOM #5 (Bunk Room): This bunk bedroom is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO twin-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat-screen. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with bedroom #6.

JACK-AND-JILL (Bath #4): This spacious bathroom is shared between the bunk room (#5) and a king suite (#6). It has two vanities and a tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM #6: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a flat screen tv, and access to the large balcony off of the front of the home! It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with the bunk room (#5).

BEDROOM #7 & BATHROOM #5: Adjacent to bedroom #6, this bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home. It has a large king-size canopy bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, and flat-screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower, and access to the front balcony.

BACKYARD: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private, saltwater pool. The lush backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6. Plenty of lounge chairs, a hammock, and a gas grill. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.

• Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

• Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur. 

• This is a NON-smoking property.

• Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

If a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
