KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It has crisp white cabinets, quartz countertops, and bold black accents. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the standard utensils and cookware. There is also a counter-height bar with 6 bar stools.
DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen, this dining room has a large beautiful wood table with unique oak benches. It seats 12 people.
LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, which offers an open-concept layout. It has 2 full-sized couches, a custom saddle-colored leather loveseat, and a mounted 55-inch flat-screen TV.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the main hallway to the right after walking in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Across from bedroom #1, this bedroom is off the main hallway to the left when you walk in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.
HALF BATH #8: The half bath is off the main hallway. All the bathrooms in the home have custom-built cabinetry and granite countertops.
LAUNDRY: Located off the main hallway downstairs. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all the bathroom linens stored here.
BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, a large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The 10×25 private saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.
2ND FLOOR:
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Come up the stairs and turn left to find bedroom #3, located in the front right corner of the home. This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 large nightstand, and mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination. Lastly, it has access to the front balcony that runs the entire length of the home. This balcony has a cozy loveseat and chair set for morning coffee time.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is across from bedroom #3, in the front left corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 1 large nightstand, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is also access to the front balcony. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5 (Bunk Room): When you get to the landing on the 2nd floor, go right to find bedroom #5. This bunk room includes 2 full-over-full bunk beds, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 2 end tables, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with 2 sinks and a glassed-in shower/tub combination. There is extra floor space for an air mattress, and the air mattresses and sheets are stored in the closet in this bathroom. This room also has access to the backyard balcony that runs the entire length of the back of the home. There is a coded security lock on this balcony door for child safety.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: This room is across from the bunk room, in the back, left corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. It has extra floor space for an air mattress or pack-n-play. It also has access to the backyard balcony.
3RD FLOOR:
BEDROOM #7: Up on the 3rd floor, go straight to bedroom #7. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a mounted flat-screen TV, and also a cozy, quaint seating area to relax or have a good read. This room has access to the 3rd-floor balcony off the front of the home.
BATHROOM #7: This bathroom is shared by bedrooms # 7 and #8 and includes a glassed-in shower/tub combination.
BEDROOM #8 + Upstairs Living Area: Last, but certainly not least, bedroom #8 is at the top of the 3rd-floor landing. It has a full-over-full bunk bed and 3 arcade games. There is a flat-screen TV mounted over a custom-made bar that seats 6. This living area has access to the 3rd floor balcony as well. There is a coded security lock on this balcony door for child safety.
UPSTAIRS KITCHENETTE: Across from the shared bathroom (#7), there’s a small kitchen! This excellent feature includes a Keurig/coffee maker machine, a microwave, a sink, and a full-size refrigerator, which will help supply storage for the whole family! The kitchenette is also stocked with dishes and utensils.

Book you won’t regret! House was equipped with everything you need. Home away from home. Host was very responsive, had an issue with the upstairs air and Mr.Scott came right out had it going in no time. He also gave great recommendations about activities and restaurants near by. Kitchen was fully equipped which is something you don’t regularly see and a Airbnb. We enjoyed our time.- Posted: 5/4/2025

Fantastic Beach House.
House was very well up kept, it appears some recent upgrades were done across the home. Pleasantly surprised. Very clean, previous reviews acted as if this was an issue, property management assured us they had all new cleaning crews for the home, can confirm they are doing a great job. House is towards the front of the community, so very convenient to get in and out of the neighborhood. The pool was a must, we didn't want to go to the beach everyday and the pool was a more convenient and relaxing experience in between beach days. Definitely intend to return, sooner than later. Snazzy Coconut was exactly as advertised! The home was beautiful and new, and the perfect place for our family of 10. We loved the nice, new feel of the neighborhood, the private pool and the ease of taking the golf cart to the beach each day! Property manager and staff on top of everything
Our stay was pleasant. The location was perfect with a nice walk to the beach. It wasn’t too long for the kids in our group. Private beach access was lovely too. The property manager was very communicative. Although their office closet after 5 pm, when the hvac went down, we reached out to the emergency phone number and had a staff member come out at 10 pm. It was reassuring. They also had an hvac company back on site the following morning for a full fix. The listing has 8 roof old but I’d say 7 rooms for couples and children to adults (non couples) could fill the other sleeping spaces . Simple Florida rental
The listing was very accurate and instructions were in good detail via the website. There was some confusion on the private beach access, as there are no actual wristbands you need as described, just need the gate code, which we had to search for. Would be nice to just list all the codes needed in a simple email/text. The house was stocked with very basic essentials. Felt kind of cheap to only supply one toilet paper roll per bathroom, obviously that's not enough for a multiple night stay here. Plenty of dishes and utensils though. House seems cheaply made, but is adequate for what we needed. Shower pressure is very poor, which is a big deal when you're trying to get sand off of everything. Front door closing shook the whole house, especially the two downstairs bedrooms next to it. Also of note is it's a far walk by foot to the beach, and no car parking near the private entrance. The golf cart was nice to have for short trips, but when the whole house was going to the beach it was easier to just drive to the public beach. Pool was clean, and plenty of parking for 6+ cars if needed.- Posted: 9/18/2023

This is an 8 bedroom/ 8 bath home so that does take quite a bit of water, especially if there is a dishwasher or washing machine running as well. The home was designed to withstand that volume. Distance to the beach
Were never able to get our Bracelets. Every time we went, there were no attendants, and it is not a short distance to walk with small Children’s. We ended up driving to the Beach and finding parking space is a hassle. There should be a more convenient way to pre registering your guest and have the bracelets available on their arrival.- Posted: 7/23/2023

Annual family vacation

The Perfect House
I cannot say enough great things about this place! My family has stayed up and down the coast for years and this was the best as far as location and amenities we have a found! There are 19 of us and each person had their own place and no one felt like they were on top of each other. We chose to have the pool heated and it was absolutely perfect! The golf cart was a blast and so easy to drop people off at the beach. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is located very close to CVS and Walmart. I even had groceries delivered from Walmart that made our stay even easier. I had to contact Ryan a few times and within minutes he texted back. Family vacation
We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful with plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. One suggestion would be that they stock plastic cups to take out to the pool. The golf cart was a great addition and everyone loved it. The only problem was the water never really got hot enough in the kitchen and water pressure was low. Just what we were looking for!
The Snazzy Coconut was a great place to stay. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds, great accommodations. Location was convenient to everything. Golf cart was nice but we also walked to a lot of the destinations. Nice pool and patio.- Posted: 7/18/2022

Amazing Week at the Snazzy Coconut
All of the top-rated reviews are justified...house is great, as well as the location to both the beach and shopping. The kids all loved having the beach and pool option every day. The golf cart addition makes quick store trips really convenient. The only recommendation I'd make is that the drier didn't seem to do well with multiple towels, but that's minor compared to the awesome week.- Posted: 7/5/2022

Great home close to the beach
The home was very clean and new looking. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of dishware, glasses and cookware for dining in and plenty of restaurant options nearby. The gas grill, though it worked well has seen better days. It needs a thorough cleaning out or replaced. The 6man cart was a lot of fun and a great convenience for short trips. Great for multi-generational family!
This was a great property for our multi-generational group. Each couple had its own bedroom and bathroom. Balconies were nice to have. The pool was the perfect size (not too small, not too big). This home was perfect for our family of 15. Clean and beautiful, very accommodating. Kids loved the pool and the arcades. Beautiful neighborhood. Enjoyed getting around on the golf cart. Our family of 20+ people has an amazing time at this house! Property looks just like in the pictures, and a short walk to the beach. House is located just a short distance to outlet mall, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. We had the pool heated and kids loved that. Easy access to the beach. Loved the Snazzy Coconut!
We could not imagine a more customer-satisfaction driven property management team! They worked with us on so many levels and were quick to respond to any questions a/o issues. Plenty of space for everyone, we had 6 families (w/11 adults, 6 kids ages 22 months - 16 yrs), and everyone had their separate corners to take a breather in. Multi-generational family vacay
We had a great stay at the snazzy coconut! We had kiddos, parents, grandparents and great grandparents! The house accommodated everyone nicely and we had ample towels and such for everyone. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and living area for everyone to gather for meals with the table on the back deck for those who preferred it. Pool was amazing! We had a couple minor issues that the owners quickly worked out for us! We had so much fun at the beach and private pool that we never even used the community pool. Great stay
We had a wonderful week at this property. Our family of 24 spent last week there. The house was clean and had everything we needed. If it makes a difference for you, the loft bunk room with arcade games does not have a door. We also appreciated the golf cart. Great location, not far from beach and restaurants. Fabulous week!
We had a fabulous week in Destin! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. There was also plenty of room for our large group to spread out. The provided golf cart made getting to the beach and other nearby places easy. The only con was the beds. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Otherwise, we had no complaints!- Posted: 5/23/2021

Amazing Place for Big Families
We had an amazing stay here. The house was perfectly laid out for our large family and never felt crowded. The heated pool was amazing for those chilly nights. They kept us stocked on propane. Any little thing we needed or asked about, property managers were right there to respond and assist. It was perfect. The free golf cart is an extremely perfect addition that is much needed. The house is well stocked with needed essentials. The beds were comfy. We loved the balconies off the rooms. We seriously had zero complaints and so much fun was to be had. Great house and location

We stayed here last summer as well. Our party of 18 had a blast! The home is spotless… And the decor is perfect. Very private pool and tons of room to play! 25th Anniversary trip
My family stayed here to celebrate my parents 25th anniversary. The house was perfect. The kids loved the pool for when we weren’t at the beach. Multiple bunk rooms for them to play in, big kitchen to cook in and large dining room table to eat at. The golf cart made trips to the beach or grocery nice and easy. Beautiful house!!
The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The place was very clean and was well stocked in the kitchen . The pool was smaller than it seemed in the pictures, but was plenty big for us and the chairs outside gave us plenty of space to enjoy the sun!
