Overall great property which is 3 blocks to the beach. I had a couple issues which when contacted were quickly handled. We would stay there again. Only suggestion is that they could provide more basic condiments like salt and pepper. They did have plenty of cups, plates, pots, pans, and silverware. Also, nice to have access to a golf cart.

The house was excellent. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the beach, and the golf cart was fun to have. The bedrooms were all good sized. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful, the house was beautiful and very clean. We wish we could've checked in a bit earlier and the property had chairs/umbrellas for families traveling far distances and having to fly. Little issues! Overall, awesome stay!

We loved the property. The pictures represent the house very well. The bedrooms were all very big and it worked out perfectly for the amount of adults and children we had with us. The backyard was a good size and felt private. My only suggestion would be to add hot pads to the kitchen and maybe a larger cooking pot.

Beautiful home with well equipped kitchen. Nice that each room had a private bath and king size beds for the adults. Nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Already booked for next year.

This property is exactly as advertised. Comfortable, modern, and the pool is awesome! We had more than enough space for everyone, to be able to spread out and relax, and we were a total of 12! I can definitely recommend this property with great enthusiasm.

The house and location were wonderful! We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for us all. A few issues that we had was most tvs didn't work right, it smelt like cat urine under the sink. The master bath smelt musty and the shower wouldn't seal so water was running into the closet. 2 of the hammocks outside were extremely worn. I moved one to the back as my 82 year old mother was getting readynto sit on it and a good chunk of the rope that attaches to the tree were broke. Metal furniture in the kitchen and outside were rusted. What would he a fantastic addition would be fans on the balconys, getting rid of whatever is in the backyard instead of grass as most of the yard is unusable and lastly, sheets that fit the beds and did not come off during the night. I have already shared your listing with friends and family and recommended a stay there as it was enjoyable! We would be back! Thank you for sharing!

This property was great for our group. It was a two minute walk to the beach access and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The only down side was the refrigerator. Although it had a large capacity it didn’t keep things very cold. We had to put a lot of our stuff on ice. The washing machine was also an issue, it was old school and didn’t hold a lot.

This was our 1st time trying a vrbo Destin home. The rooms were the right size. It had all the comforts and amenities needed. Would return again when family is ready.

This house is PERFECT!! From the location to the amenities. The house was spotless. The beds and the linens were very comfy. Plenty of bathroom towels and face cloths. The kitchen was very well stocked and a wonderful size for many cooks in the kitchen. The pool area was so relaxing with three large hammocks and two tables with umbrellas. It was a great spot for morning coffee. The proximity to the beach was another huge plus. The home comes with an electric golf cart and we rented a second because we had 11 people. In the morning we took the carts down with all our stuff set up our spot on the beach and came back to get everyone ready. I walked to the beach every day. Super short walk. My two year old granddaughter walked it on more than one occasion. We have already decided to go back next year. Our family from New England loved it. The airport was only 30 minutes from the house and very easy to get in and out of. It was the best week ever!!!

Spent the week in Destin. Lovely clean home with many amenities. Since it was on the cool side the heated pool was a blessing especially for young children. Golf cart was helpful in transporting everyone to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils which was great! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to the area! Only thing I can mention we were concerned about was getting the pine straw in the pool after being on the hammocks. It was a little hard to manage with little ones using the pool area. Thanks for a wonderful week.

We were blown away and very pleased with the property. The rooms were spacious, the place was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and orderly, the furniture was comfortable, the host was attentive and responsive. The pictures accurately reflected what we found. It was well worth the extra to heat the pool in the cooler month. The golf cart was very handy. We made some very happy family memories at Ocean Kissd!

Everything was as described. The included golf cart made the beach even more accessible. We loved the area and the house. The dishwasher died and a repair person was dispatched to the property almost immediately. It was deemed that the dishwasher needed replaced, and it was replaced the next day. We plan to return to the same area for our next family vacation.

Overall everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe update the living room couches but other than that everything was great. Communication with the property manager was perfect. We had the best time at Ocean Kissd! The house was perfect with room to spread out. It was a super easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was great for trips to the store or around the neighborhood or to do drop offs to the beach. The pool was a great! We had it heated and it provided hours of entertainment. The neighborhood is super nice and safe! Super close to Destin- we went parasailing and had a blast! Also super close to shops and restaurants! It was a perfect stay and we can’t wait to come back!

There were 10 adults and 6 children in our party. We had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was very well organized and easy for multiple people to work in at the same time. The kids loved the pool and the golf cart. The ocean was an easy walk. I would recommend this for a family get away. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for our family vacation. There were 11 of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are the perfect size. The kitchen is amazing. There is so much counter space! . All of the appliances are nice, and the kitchen is stocked with a good variety of pots, pans, bowls, utensils, etc. We had everything we needed. We couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool, and I took a nap or two in the hammock. It was so nice to have the golf cart. We drove around to check out the area, and used it to haul us all to the beach. We only had 2 problems during our stay. The pool was supposed to be heated. It was cold when we got there (the kids didn’t care!) I sent 1 text and there was a guy there to fix it 15 mins later. After a couple of days, our golf cart wouldn’t stay charged. I sent another text and there was a guy there within an hour to look at it, and he brought us a brand new golf cart. They were great!! We will definitely book with them again!

Wow! That sums up our week at Ocean Kiss’d. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Eric, property manager, was excellent with communication and offered us a second golf cart for a very minor inconvenience of having to measure bathroom showers for glass doors. It was no big deal but the second golf cart was much appreciated. We had a group of eleven and didn’t even use 2 of the king suites. The house has ample room and nearly everything we needed for the week. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans, appliances and dishes we needed and then some. Definitely would return for another vacation in beautiful Destin.

It was a wonderful week. The kitchen was well-equipped. There was great living space for us to gather. The house was immaculately cleaned. There is one refrigerator so I would recommend bringing a cooler to store drinks. The location was excellent-only one block from public access. Having golf cart was very convenient as well. We were a family of 14 ranging in ages 2-74 and found the house and location to be very accommodating. The heated pool made evening swims nice and our kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again! A plus was the table for 14 that allowed all of us to sit together and have Thanksgiving dinner. The house is beautiful and big, it did fit everywhere, families had each there private bedroom and bathroom, and also the singles had their bedrooms as well, which it was wonderful. Only thing I was a little disappointed it was the pool. It is very small for such a big house. If the house can fit up to 27 guests, the pool should fit a list 13. But we worked around that and it was great.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. From booking to checkout, Ryan Martin is property owner extraordinaire. This was our first experience booking thru VRBO, and everything was smooth as silk thanks to Mr. Martin and his wonderfully professional staff. It was obfious through the entire process that this owner truly cares about his visitors having a premiere experience. Much attention to details. This property was perfect for our desired purpose, which was to provide a vacation for all our grown children and their children. The location is wonderful, being a corner lot and in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood. The house itself was perfect, with all 5 couples having a king-sized bed with additional floorspace for two of the couples who had little ones who needed to sleep in the room with the parents. The golf cart was an absolute blessing for carrying umbrellas and beach accompaniments the very short walk to the water. The pool on the property was wonderful, and even the pool maintenance personnel were professional yet cordial. The house itself was maintained to very high standard, and we as visitors truly appreciated the attention to details. We absolutely loved our entire experience.

This house is beautiful and it was perfect for our large group (20). The beach is a short two blocks away and we were easily able to go back and forth from the house pool and the beach frequently throughout the day. The bonus golf cart was great too! The house was clean and really had everything we needed! Kitchen is very well equipped. We ate in several times throughout the week and the kitchen space accommodated all of us really well. The Destin area is beautiful and had a TON to do! We will surely be back!!!

We were able to stay at the house for a full 7 days. We had four families and 10 children in our group. This house was perfect for our group. It was clean, spacious and each king room had its own bath. Which is wonderful with as many families as we had. We paid for the extra heat in the pool and it was well worth it. There is a grill that we used several times. The house is close enough for walking distance to a few restaurants. (Dave’s is the best!!) My husband took the girls to get coffee a few times with the golf cart. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to anyone!! My favorite part was walking on the beach daily and getting great sunset pictures.

Our stay was outstanding! The home was impeccably clean. The heated pool was wonderful during the evenings. I love walking to the beautiful emerald coastline. The golf cart made getting around the area and local shops, a breeze. This is the second vacation home I've rented from The Destin Beach Houses, and I wouldn't consider renting from anyone else. Excellent overall experience, also great wifi internet too. Very professional staff with an enjoyably simple booking process. I'll be back soon!

Very nice property all the way around!! Awesome pool, house very modern and updated. Golf cart an extra bonus for the 2 block walk to the beach! We were a family of 14 and there was plenty of room for everybody! We had a 14 month old and a 2 month old and were obviously concerned about the cleanliness of the house but it exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate! This was our first trip to Destin and Ryan was very helpful and easy to work with! Would definitely stay at this property again!

The number and size of the bedrooms is good. The number of bathrooms is adequate. The pool is decent size. The first house we've rented in the area that actually has enough yard space for backyard games. The family living area is roomy enough that our group of 14 could hangout together without feeling crowded. Good space for vehicle parking as well. All in all a very well laid out property and house design. Very functional.

This house was absolutely perfect! Everything we needed and a whole lot more. We were able to get almost anywhere just by walking but the golf cart was a family favorite. The house is just as it is in the pictures. We had plenty of room to accommodate everybody from bedrooms to a place at the table. Ryan is a super nice guy and made sure we were comfortable and were enjoying our stay. After this trip we will definitely be making Destin our go to place and this house will be where we will want to stay. I cant say enough good things about this house and our stay. We've been coming to Destin for the last three years and this house by far has been our favorite! Midway through our trip we were already planning/discussing when we would be back. This is an amazing place that I would recommend to anyone. Its clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It's in close proximity to grocery stores, restuarants, and the outlets. Its a short walk to the beach however we really appreciated the complimentary golf cart with two little ones under the age of three. The private pool was also a nice feature. Our family traveled to Destin for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was perfect for our family! Clean, well taken care of - we have no complaints or issues at all. This house was amazing! We had a family vacation that included 5 couples and 5 kids and it was perfect. Very close to the beach, just a short 1 1/2 block walk or drive using the included golf cart. Kitchen had everything you could need, wish my kitchen at home was this nice!! Beds were all super comfy as well. Kids loved the bunk room as well as the pool. We had a small issue with the upstairs restroom and the owner sent someone immediately to repair. He is very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend this house for your next family vacation. Ocean Kiss'd is the best house I have ever rented for a vacation. There were 20 people on our vacation, we had plenty of room. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with new appliances. The kitchen is really large with lots of room for gathering .The beds were comfortable and the showers are large.. Having the pool was wonderful we used it everyday after the beach. The golf cart made the short trip to the beach easy. Renting from Ryan was very easy and we had no problems with anything. The house was clean and we had plenty of towels. The wash machine and dryer came in real handy with so many of us. I would not hesitate to rent this property or any of Ryan's properties. Thank you again for making our family vacation unforgettable with staying in your beautiful home.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this home! It was absolutely beautiful and decorated so nicely. The home had plenty of room for 18 people (9 adults and 9 kids). The modern kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, pots/pans, cups, etc. The house was very clean and had plenty of bath towels. The salt water pool was well-maintained and had enough space for everyone to cool down and the backyard had plenty of chairs. The golf cart was a huge bonus! It was very convenient for trips to the beach or short trips down Scenic Hwy 98. We loved it! Lastly, the owner was really great to work with. He was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home to other large families!

We had a great experience staying at this home. We fit 11 adults and 5 kids comfortably in the house. We were able to get in touch with the owner if we had questions and he gave prompt responses. The golf cart was nice to take bags, chairs and toys to the beach. The beach distance to home was very walkable too. Having a salt water pool option with a home is a great choice. Especially when heated!!! We could enjoy the pool into the breezy evenings and remain comfortable. The lights in the pool were fun to see as well. This home offered an outdoor shower for rinsing sand off from the beach. So convenient. We had a member of our family who used a wheelchair. The house owner had a ramp to use for the small step out the front. Very appreciative of that! The house was spaced out nicely and we all had our own space. Our trip was a great one!!! Sun Kissed is a wonderful, relaxing and beautiful home! We stayed with two other families during our spring break. We loved it so much, we plan to return! The home is clean and spacious. We had a family reunion celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and Ocean Kiss'd was the perfect location for our entire family. There was plenty of room -- you could easily be together in the common areas or you could retreat to your own private bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great -- everyone enjoyed an afternoon swim. The house is only a block and a half to a beautiful beach with powdery white sand. The house is only 2 years old and beautifully furnished. Ryan was a perfect host -- always accommodating. We highly recommend this house -- it's perfect for your every need.

This was the absolute most perfect beach home I've ever stayed in! The rooms and decor were upscale and beautiful. Ocean Kiss'd is HUGE! The fenced yard is massive and the pool is fabulous! There is nothing lacking in this amazing place! There is a great hammock between two palms. More chaise lounge chairs than some condos I've stayed in, plenty pool noodles and toys for children, a great gas grill with more than plenty filled gas bottles.

Overall the property was great. Location is ideal, walk or golf cart to the beach or stay in the backyard with the heated pool (be sure to get the pool heated in those unpredictable spring months). After reading previous reviews, I knew to bring extra towels. There are no beach towels and only a few places to hang and dry them. So my recommendation would be some more towels and a few towel racks! Otherwise the bedrooms are great, pool is great, its close to everything. Everything is new. Lots of room to bring friends and family! Would definitely rent again.

This house is amazing! We were a group of 20 girls all under the age of 25 coming for spring break and Ryan was nice enough to make things work for us. Being underage, we were given a set of rules and paid a slightly higher deposit. Our group followed the rules, none of which are unreasonable, and we received our full deposit back! I definitely recommend this house to a large group of friends or family, the property is so nice and the pool is a wonderful addition. Five stars for sure!

This was the ultimate vacation for our family of 19. The home was EXACTLY as descibed and just like the pictures. With such a large group I was worried that we would feel crowded but that was not the case at all. The kids (and adults) all enjoyed the pool at the outdoors and spent countless hours in the pool. The home was immaculate and the bedrooms were set up perfectly to suite our needs. Beds were high quality. We never felt crowded, loved the numbers of bathrooms the home provided, and the kitchen was spacious and inviting for our group. The golf cart was an added bonus that helped our friends with their younger child but the walk to the beach was so easy some of the adults preferred the stroll. Parking was spacious. Ryan was very attentive to the pool given the rain and weather. Wouldn't hesitate to book again next year!

There were 17 of us and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool, the closeness to the ocean, the amenities of the house (all new), and the location to the grocery store and all the fun things to do. The newness of the property was a big plus for us. The owner maintained the pool while we were there and was available if we had any questions. We did go to restaurants in the area ad loved them all. I would recommend this property to my friends and we look forward to visiting this home again.

Our vacation at "Ocean Kiss'd" was wonderful. We had 19 family members stay that ranged in age from 8 month-73 yrs old. Everyone had their own room/bath for privacy & the living/dining/kitchen was spacious enough for all of us. Kids & adults both enjoyed the luxury of having a pool in the back yard. The beach was a short walk at the end of the street, so convenient. Having the use of the golf cart was an added bonus especially for our daughter who was 8 months pregnant during our stay, made it so easy for her to get back & forth to the beach. We stayed at Ocean Kiss'd 10/4 - 10/11/14 and had an incredible time. Before the stay, the owner was easy to contact and very responsive to all questions. Upon arrival, the house was extremely clean, well decorated, and the location was even better than anticipated (very short distance to the beach, even shorter considering golf cart). As far as the house is concerned, the kitchen and main living area are extremely spacious and open. All bedrooms (king) & bathrooms were a perfect size and even the staircase was nice and wide. On the outside, there was plenty of parking in the driveway, an outdoor shower to wash the sand away, plenty of seating / lounge chairs, and very nice pool. The pavers instead of the concrete on the pool deck and driveway were a nice touch as well. Also, the way the house is situated, you get sun all day in the pool area. I can't say enough about the location (close to the beach, shopping, food), the size of the home, the pool, and street legal golf cart. It was truly a relaxing vacation. We've stayed in Destin a few times and on our next trip we hope to stay at Ocean Kiss'd. Thank you Ryan and I'm sure we'll see you the next time we are in Destin.

This is a terrific vacation home!! It is in a great location in Destin. It is easy to get to shopping and restaurants. The house is more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures!! It is a very short walk to the beach. The golf cart was fun and the pool was a great size. The owners kept the pool very warm which was a plus on the chilly days. The rooms are all a great size. We stayed here with 3 families and we all had a great time and no complaints. We would definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend this house!

Ryan, Just a note indicating what a wonderful time we had at the rental last week. The heated, salt water pool was a real bonus. Some adults and all of the grandchildren (6, 6, and 3) spent several hours each day swimming, without the usual complaints about chlorine. We decided that it was too cold to swim in the ocean/Bay. However, the entire family loved waking over to the beach. Three of our family are runners…they loved the beach for their morning runs. When the children were not in the pool, they played with their Christmas presents, helped with jigsaw puzzles or watched favorite movies in the sitting room upstairs. We went the whole week with happy, engaged Grandchildren. Both of our daughters and our daughter-in-law commented on how much they liked the interior design, so kudos to the person responsible. One day we had a wheelchair bound visitor, who brought a couple of shaped boards to enter the house at the rear. We opened both doors and he had no trouble getting into the house. He and his wife were able to join us for Christmas dinner. Oh, by the way, that table in the dining room is GREAT! We had 12 people seated around the table easily. The children were seated at the card table…their day will come. I did want to mention the location. The house is close to everything…shopping, restaurants, arcades, the beach. We could not have wanted a better location. Once again let me say what a great time we had, and we would recommend this property to any of our friends vacationing in the panhandle.
