Great vacation home
“Beautiful vacation home for our family of 4 as well as another family of 4 with teens. The house felt very spacious and was very efficient. Location to beach was great and use of the golf cart was perfect. Several issues we encountered (grill, dishwasher, spa) were addressed immediately and professionally! This house provided us a wonderful vacation full of memories.”

Great house!
“The house was great to accommodate 14 people (multi generational family). We paid to heat the pool which was a great during a cold weather spell. The location in the gated community with a short drive, walk or bike ride to the beach was perfect. Golf cart fit 6 and there were also two bikes provided. Lots of beach chairs and toys to use during our stay. Plenty of towels provided unlike other rentals we’ve stayed at where it was one towel per person. We did have one issue with dryer while there but maintenance took care of it immediately. The cleaning of the house could be improved upon (better swept floors prior to arrival) but that was minimal and we did not let it impact our stay. Overall I would recommend this house!”

Great family getaway!
“This was a wonderful house for a large group of adults. Plenty of comfortable large beds with private bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen and provisions for a long weekend. The views were lovely and everything was within walking distance. The property manager was accessible and helpful as well. We would definitely plan a repeat vacation to Sundancer.”

KITCHEN: This fully equipped gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large, counter-height, island bar with at least 4 bar stools.
DINING ROOM: The dining room has a beautiful view of the outdoor space and lake. It includes a dining table with seating for 6. Located as part of the open concept it allows the family to be together.
LIVING ROOM: This spacious living room is full of natural light and beautiful wood accents. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has large windows with a panoramic view of the fabulous backyard. It has 2 full-sized couches, 2 comfortable chairs, a mounted flat screen TV, and electric fireplace.
