KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It features high-end appliances and finishes throughout. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender … .as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large island bar with seating for 4.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is part of the open concept design with plenty of seating.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: It includes a King size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a soaking tub and a stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: It includes a King size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a sink and shower/tub combination.

BATHROOM #3: Half bath conveniently located in the hall.

• Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
