KITCHENETTE/ GAME ROOM: Includes plenty of counter space with an island and seating for 4. There is a sink and a mini fridge. The beautiful billiards table is a great way to enjoy some fun! This space is accessible to the backyard.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #2: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a lounge area, perfect for relaxing. Also included is a private bathroom.

BACKYARD: This resort-style backyard exudes luxury and style with its gorgeous private pool and attached spa! There are plenty of loungers, a dining set, and a gas grill. The pool/spa can also be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. Included are microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the standard utensils and cookware. There is also a counter-height bar with 6 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen, this dining room has a beautiful modern table with plenty of seating.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, which offers an open-concept layout. It has plenty of comfortable seating and a mounted 55-inch flat-screen TV.

LAUNDRY: This space has 1 washer and 1 dryer. You will find all the bathroom linens stored here.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #3: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a bunk with a twin/twin, dresser, 2 nightstands and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

•This is a NON-smoking property.

•Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

•We do not accept packages at the home but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

This home is pet-friendly up to 30lb size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval prior to booking.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home.

Final Balance Due:
The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Waiver:
$199 – $379, covering up to $400 – $800 in damage protection.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
