The community is located off of scenic highway 98, close to the popular Whale’s Tail restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart to the infamous Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, (home to 110 designer and name brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just across from the kitchen. It seats 10 comfortably.
LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. There are plenty of comfortable seating options. From the living room you have access to the backyard oasis and resort style pool.
BEDROOM #1: This bunk room is the first room on the left as you come in the door. It includes 3 twin over full bunk beds, dresser, tv and a seating area.
BATHROOM #1:Is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is just across from the bunk room.
BEDROOM #2: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen TV.
BEDROOM #3 It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen TV.
BEDROOM #4 This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen TV.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
