DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just steps from the kitchen with plenty of seating for large groups.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has plenty of seating and a mounted 55-inch flat screen TV.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home.

Final Balance Due:
The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Waiver:
$199 – $379, covering up to $400 – $800 in damage protection.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
