1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It features high-end appliances and finishes throughout. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large, wrap-around island bar with plenty of extra seating.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is part of the open concept design, including a high-end chandelier over a beautiful table with seating for 12. Located at the back of the house gives easy access to the beautiful backyard.

LIVING ROOM: This spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has 2 full-sized couches, 2 chairs, and a mounted flat screen TV.

BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has a bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination that also is accessed from the hallway.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Full size washer and dryer located in the hallway alcove.

BATHROOM #10: (HALF BATH): This bathroom is designated for the outside space.

BACK PATIO: Located at the back of the home, off of the living room and dining room, is a cozy patio space that includes a gas grill.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large dining set, conversational area and several lounge chairs. There is a private saltwater pool with a hot tub/spa that can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR:

2ND FLOOR LIVING/GAME ROOM AREA: This area has a kitchenette, a sectional sofa, as well as an air hockey table and video games.

BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3: This bunk area has 2 full/full bunks with trundle beds and is part of the living/game room area. There is a full bath with a glassed in stand up shower.

BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #4: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand up shower.

BEDROOM #5 + BATHROOM #5 (BUNK ROOM):This bedroom includes a full/full and a twin/twin bunk bed and mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

BEDROOM #6 + BATHROOM #6:It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

LAUNDRY ROOM:This is a 2nd laundry alcove with a washer and dryer.

3RD FLOOR:

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Events are allowed BUT a request must be submitted for approval prior to booking and additional costs may apply.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home.

Final Balance Due:
The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Waiver:
$199 – $379, covering up to $400 – $800 in damage protection.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
