KITCHENETTE: Connected to the game room, this kitchenette comes equipped with a sink, ice maker, and dishwasher.

BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: It includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: It includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a bathroom with a double vanity and glassed-in shower.

BATHROOM #9: (HALF BATH): This bathroom is easily accessed by the outdoor space, including the pool/spa.

BACKYARD: Welcome to your own slice of paradise, where every moment is infused with elegance and coastal enchantment! Immerse yourself in the tranquility of your own private pool and spa, which can be heated during the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It features high-end appliances and finishes throughout. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffee pot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large island bar with seating for 5.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is part of the open concept design, including 2 large dining tables with seating for 16.

LIVING ROOM: This spacious living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Sink into the plush seating arrangements of a wrap around couch, loveseat and 2 accent chairs while enjoying the outdoor view.

BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM #6 + BATHROOM #6: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the front balcony. It also has its own private bathroom with a double vanity and glassed-in shower.

BEDROOM #7 + BATHROOM #7: This room includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the front balcony. It has its own private bathroom with a jack-and-jill vanity, a glassed-in shower, and a soaking tub.

BEDROOM #8 + BATHROOM #8: This room includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has an attached bathroom shared with the bunks.

BEDROOM #9 (BUNK ROOM): This room has 2 twin/twin bunks and shares a bathroom, accessible from the hallway, with Bedroom #8.

LIVING SPACE: This room has a full-sized couch, accent chair, mounted flat-screen TV, and a balcony with a Gulf view.

LAUNDRY ROOM: This large laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.

• Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

• Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

• Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

• This is a NON-smoking property.

• Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

• We do not accept packages at the home but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

This home is pet-friendly up to 30lb size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval prior to booking.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure home.

Final Balance Due:
Balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Waiver:
$199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection. Not refundable.

If canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate and taxes.
If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.

NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Community per HOA rules.

ALL CARS MUST BE IN THE DRIVEWAY. 6 CARS MAXIMUM.
