KITCHEN: This kitchen features plenty of counter space and top of the line stainless steel appliances to make cooking for a large group a breeze. This all white kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and gas top stove.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is located right next to the living room. There is a table which offers seating for 10. The island also has seating for 6 guests, comfortably seating a total of 16 guests.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room in an open-concept lay-out. With two couches and two additional high end accent chairs there is plenty of space for everyone to spend time together.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

BATHROOM #6 (HALF BATH): This half bath is located right off the kitchen and dining room area for convenience.

LAUNDRY: Comes with full sized, side by side washer and dryer to make going home with clean clothes easy and convenient!

BACKYARD: The backyard is adorned with an array of lush greenery and your own private pool. The soothing sound of water and the warm tropical atmosphere creates a backyard oasis that feels like a slice of paradise.

BEDROOM BUNKROOM + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom includes a Full/Full and a Twin/Twin, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a shower.

BEDROOM (LOFT)#6: This space includes a Twin/Twin.

LIVING AREA/ARCADE: This is a great space for the kids to hangout. It includes a sofa and a TV plus a small nook with 3 arcade games.

• Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

• Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

• This is a NON-smoking property.

• Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

Final Balance Due:
Balance of rent, tax and

Damage Waiver:
$199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

If a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
