KITCHEN: This kitchen maximizes functionality with a kitchen island and bar seating for 4. Included are Stainless Steel, Samsung appliances and a 5 burner gas range,double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. It is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families.

DINING ROOM: A formal dining room table is adjacent to the kitchen and can seat up to 8 guests. Not only can you see the Tv from this space, it also has a front-row view of the backyard and pool.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has a full-sized sofa, a loveseat and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55 inch, 4K, flat screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: It has a queen sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower.

BATHROOM #4: This is an easily accessible half bath.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located downstairs is a washer and a dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.

BACKYARD: Your own lake-front oasis awaits you. Enjoy the saltwater pool and spa or take advantage of the home’s beautiful dock over the lake.

2ND FLOOR

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom has a King-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, accent chair, and a flat-screen tv. It has its own spacious, private bathroom with a shower and a freestanding tub. It is complete with a private balcony that boasts a lake view.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen tv. This attached bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.

BEDROOM #4: This room is a bunk room that includes a full/full bunk, dresser and flat screen tv.

• Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Waiver:
$199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
