1st Floor:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It has crisp white cabinets, quartz countertops, and bold black accents. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, 1 refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender….As well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a counter-height bar with 6 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, this dining room has a large beautiful wood table. It seats 8 people.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. It has 2 full-sized couches, 2 comfortable accent chairs, and a mounted 65-inch flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the main hallway to the right after walking in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed and a mounted flat-screen TV. Directly across the hallway is a full bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BACKYARD: This is a tropical oasis that includes a private pool with a kiddy shelf, a table with umbrella and bench seats, and well as plenty of poolside loungers.

2nd Floor:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Come up the stairs and turn left to find bedroom #2, located in the back left corner of the home. This Master Suite bedroom includes a king-sized bed, loveseat accent chair, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a large glassed-in stand-up shower and a Roman Style tub. There is extra floor space for an air mattress, and the air mattresses and sheets are provided upon request.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This bedroom is off the main upstairs hallway, in the front right corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower and also has access to the front balcony.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4 (Bunk Room): When you get to the landing on the 2nd floor, go left to find bedroom #4. This is the bunk room, including 2 twin-over-full bunks beds, a comfortable accent chair, a nightstand, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is extra floor space for an air mattress, and the air mattresses and sheets are provided upon request.

LAUNDRY: Located off the main hallway upstairs. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all the bathroom linens stored here.

FRONT BALCONY: At the end of the hallway, near bedrooms 2 & 3, there is a door that accesses a small balcony off the front of the home. Includes a few comfy chairs.

Outside:

Backyard: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, gas grill.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur. 

•This is a NON-smoking property.

•Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.
