Josh brings over 11 years of expertise in short-term rental investing and management. He is passionate about helping properties achieve their full income potential by maximizing rental profitability through strategic property development and hands-on management. Over the past 8 years, Josh has focused on new construction projects designed to enhance rental performance, successfully building, owning, managing, and selling multiple high-performing properties.

Since relocating from Virginia Beach to the Destin/30A area in 2013, Josh has developed a deep understanding of the local real estate market and the unique demands of vacation rental properties. His strong background in construction, paired with innovative rental management strategies, allows him to consistently deliver exceptional results and sustained growth for his clients and projects.

Outside of his professional life, Josh is a dedicated family man, happily married to his wife, Jessica, and a proud father to their 11-year-old daughter, Emmaline. A local to the area for over 11 years, he has a love for the water and the outdoors. When he’s not working, Josh enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, CrossFit, and surfing.
