KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, a toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a large counter-height bar with 4 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, the dining room has a front-row view of the backyard and pool. You can also see the TV in the living room. It has a large table that seats 8 people and the bar seats 4 people, allowing 12 guests to dine together at once.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has 1 full-sized sofa, 2 large loveseat sofas, and several accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, 4K, flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: (Bunk Room): It’s furnished with TWO twin-over-twin bunk beds, a dresser, and a flat-screen. It has its own dedicated bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. This room can sleep up to 4 guests.

BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a double vanity and glassed shower.

LAUNDRY ROOM: A washer & dryer are included for your convenience.

BATHROOM (HALF BATH): This bathroom is located on the second floor, off the main hallway by the kitchen.

BACKYARD: Take a swim in the private, saltwater pool or spend quality time enjoying the many conversational pieces. This includes an 8-top and a 4-top table, one umbrella, a hammock, and a love seat with a coffee table. Plenty of lounge chairs, and a gas grill. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.

3rd FLOOR:

BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3: Located on the third floor, this bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, an accent chair, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own spacious, private bathroom with a stand-up shower and double vanity.

BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #4:. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a shared Jack/Jill style bathroom which is shared with bedroom #5.

BEDROOM #5 + Bathroom #4 (Bunk Room): It’s furnished with TWO twin-over-twin bunk beds, a dresser, and a flat-screen. It has a shared Jack/Jill style bathroom with Bedroom #4. This room can sleep up to 4 guests.

BEDROOM #6 + Bathroom #5: This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom, with a stand-up shower.

2ND LIVING ROOM/ARCADE SPACE: A great hang-out for the kids! Has a full-size couch, a large flat screen, classic arcade games, and accent chairs!

• Pets are ONLY accepted upon Approval. Please Submit, Weight, Breed, Age. If Approval, a Pet fee of $150 per pet will be applied.

• Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities:
1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, and 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

• Things to bring:
Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

• Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

• This is a NON-smoking property.

• Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home.
Final Balance Due:
Balance of rent, tax and
damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Waiver:
$199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

If a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
