MAIN HOUSE

KITCHEN: This kitchen is fully stocked to make large family meals. It has beautiful crisp white cabinetry and granite countertops. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, a toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the usual utensils and cookware. Also has an additional kitchen bar with seating for 4.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, this dining room has a beautiful wooden table that seats 6.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is right past the dining room and has a full-sized sofa and 4 accent chairs! Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV!

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, an accent chair, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a jack-and-jill vanity and shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM #2: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, an office desk, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has 2 private closets. It shares Bathroom #2 with Bedroom #3.

BEDROOM #3: This bedroom includes 1 twin/full and 1 full/full bunk bed, a dresser, nightstand, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It shares Bathroom #2 with Bedroom #2.

BATHROOM #2: This bathroom is conveniently accessed from the hallway. It includes a shower/tub combination for Bedrooms #2 and #3.

HALF BATH #3: This half bathroom can be accessed from the outdoor pool area.

LAUNDRY: The laundry room is located behind the kitchen by the back door. It includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

BACKYARD: Relax in your own private tropical oasis with a sparkling pool, a patio table for six, plenty of lounge chairs, and a grill for outdoor meals and entertainment.

CARRIAGE HOUSE

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom encompasses the carriage house. It includes a king-sized bed and 2 twin beds, 2 dressers, a nightstand, an accent chair, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is access to the large front balcony overlooking the pool. It has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

KITCHENETTE: The kitchenette is attached to the carriage house’s bedroom. Included is a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffeepot. There is also a counter-height bar with seating for 2.

• Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
• Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.
• Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

• We do not accept packages at the home but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.

50% of total rent is due to secure a home.
Final Balance Due:
Balance of rent, tax and
damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Waiver:
$199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
