Great Family Place
“We had a great time during our stay! The pool was amazing to have right in the back yard. The golf cart was a GREAT amenity that I would’ve passed on and then regretted. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BEDS IVE EVER STAYED IN IN A RENTAL!!!!! The only request I would have is that there be more baking pans and/or more Tupperware type dishes to store extra food.”

The BEST week!!
“We had a group of 15 girls for a week. The staff was super communicative and organized. The home was clean and had everything we needed! Our group has 0 complaints and would definitely stay here again. Quick walk to the beach and a safe neighborhood with lots of places to eat and walk around nearby. Definitely recommend!!!”

KITCHEN: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops and is fully stocked with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, blender, griddle, crockpot, and all utensils and cookware needed to provide a wonderful cooking experience. There is also a center island bar that will seat 4 people, across from the dining room table.
DINING ROOM: The dining room has a very large sturdy, custom-made wood table that seats up to 10. It comes with a view of the backyard and pool area.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is part of the open floor concept with the kitchen and dining. It has a large flat-screen TV with two couches and additional seating making it the perfect relaxing spot for a vacation movie!
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: Upon entering the home, located on the left-hand side is bedroom #1. It features a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen tv, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
LAUNDRY + HALF BATH #7: Located just inside the front door to the right you will find a spacious half bath with a laundry closet. This has a full-size washer and dryer.
BACKYARD: The luxurious backyard has a private pool with an outdoor dining set that seats 6, and multiple lounge chairs. There is a grill, and propane is provided for you. The pool can be heated in the cooler months, upon request. The driveway can accommodate 5 cars, plus the golf cart.
2ND FLOOR:
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, and flat screen tv. It is also connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, and flat screen tv. It is also connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
