1st Floor:

KITCHEN: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops and is fully stocked with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, blender, griddle, crockpot, and all utensils and cookware needed to provide a wonderful cooking experience. There is also a center island bar that will seat 4 people, across from the dining room table.

DINING ROOM: The dining room has a very large sturdy, custom-made wood table that seats up to 10. It comes with a view of the backyard and pool area.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is part of the open floor concept with the kitchen and dining. It has a large flat-screen TV with two couches and additional seating making it the perfect relaxing spot for a vacation movie!

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: Upon entering the home, located on the left-hand side is bedroom #1. It features a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen tv, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

LAUNDRY + HALF BATH #7: Located just inside the front door to the right you will find a spacious half bath with a laundry closet. This has a full-size washer and dryer.

BACKYARD: The luxurious backyard has a private pool with an outdoor dining set that seats 6, and multiple lounge chairs. There is a grill, and propane is provided for you. The pool can be heated in the cooler months, upon request. The driveway can accommodate 5 cars, plus the golf cart.

2ND FLOOR:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, and flat screen tv. It is also connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, and flat screen tv. It is also connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, and flat screen tv. It is also connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom comes with 2 Twin over Full Beds, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: This quaint room features a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed and flat-screen TV.

• Pets are ONLY accepted upon Approval. Please Submit, Weight, Breed, Age. If Approval, a Pet fee of $150 per pet will be applied.

• Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities:
1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, and 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

• Things to bring:
Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

• Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

• This is a NON-smoking property.

• Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home.
Final Balance Due:
Balance of rent, tax and
damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Waiver:
$199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

If a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
