With 6 years of experience in real estate, Chad Hatfield is a licensed broker across five states—Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Colorado. Specializing in vacation rentals, investment properties, and second homes, Chad has a deep understanding of the market and a commitment to helping clients make informed, strategic decisions.Before entering real estate, Chad studied accounting and began his career at PwC, a big 4 accounting firm. He later spent six years as a high school teacher and football coach, where he developed a passion for mentorship and service. These experiences have shaped his real estate philosophy: to serve clients with integrity, build lasting relationships, and become a trusted partner in their real estate journeys. Chad is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Heather, and they have three children—Zoey, Hudson, and Hadley. Outside of work, Chad enjoys sports and spending quality time with his family.
