1st Floor:

Kitchen: This kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It features stainless steel appliances and refined finishes throughout. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also an island bar with seating for 4.

Dining Room: The dining room is part of the open-concept design, including a wooden dining table with seating for 8.

Living Room: This spacious living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Sink into the plush seating arrangements of an L-shaped couch and 2 accent chairs while enjoying your favorites on the mounted Smart TV.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, an office desk, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a jack-and-jill vanity, glassed-in shower, and bathtub.

Bedroom #2: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. This bedroom shares Bathroom #2.

Bathroom #2: This is a full bathroom located in the hallway. It has a bathtub/shower combination shared between Bedrooms #2, 3, and 4.

Bedroom #3: It includes a full/full bunk bed, a nightstand, and a mounted flat-screen TV. This bedroom shares Bathroom #2.

Bedroom #4: It includes 2 twin/twin bunk beds, a dresser, bean bag chair, and a mounted flat-screen TV. This bedroom shares Bathroom #2.

House Rules:
-Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 3 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
