The Sandbox offers three levels of coastal living, including a completely transformed first floor that brings an entirely new dimension to this remarkable beachfront home. The Sandbox has been thoughtfully expanded to create a stunning new ground-level living space with a spacious kitchen, oversized island, beautiful finishes, and an extraordinary connection to the Gulf just outside your door.

With seven bedrooms, two full kitchens, multiple gathering spaces, and spectacular views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Oyster Lake, The Sandbox offers an exceptional setting for extended families and groups vacationing together. Custom-built bunk rooms provide fun spaces for younger guests, while beautifully appointed king bedrooms offer comfortable private retreats.

The second floor serves as another wonderful gathering space, featuring a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, and a large Gulf-front balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the turquoise water, gather for meals with the people you love, or simply settle in and watch the ever-changing colors of the Gulf.

Outside, your beachfront escape continues with a private hot tub/spool, direct access to the private beach, and beautiful coastal surroundings. Best of all, two sets of seasonal beach service are included with your stay from March 1 through October 31. Four beach chairs and two umbrellas are set up daily, so you can head straight to the sand without carrying all the equipment yourself.

Bedroom #1: This bedroom features a queen-sized bed and convenient access to the adjoining Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Bedroom #2 — Custom Bunk Room: A beautifully designed bunk room featuring three built-in twin beds, creating a fun and comfortable sleeping space for younger guests or additional family members.
Bathroom #1: The Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects the two first-floor bedrooms and features beautiful designer tile extending across the walls, along with a walk-in shower. Thoughtful finishes bring a boutique-hotel feel to this newly constructed space.
