The Bungalow is a stunning 7-bedroom, 7 and a half-bathroom luxury retreat that accommodates up to 22 guests, located inside the gated Villas of Frangista community in Miramar Beach. Designed with modern style and upscale comfort in mind, this spacious home is ideal for large family gatherings and group vacations seeking both space and sophistication in a prime beachside setting.

1st Floor:
Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. Its coastal design features fresh white cabinetry and sleek lines! Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and 2 refrigerators. The second refrigerator is located just down the hall towards the back of the home and easily accessed from the backyard. 2 toasters, a Keurig, a coffee pot, a crock-pot, a griddle, a blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large, counter-height island bar with 4 chairs.
Dining Room: The dining room is located in the nook just inside the entryway. It features a beautiful wooden table and seating for 6. Also included in this open concept is a bar height counter and 4 barstools.
Living Room: This spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. It has 2 full-sized couches, 2 chairs and a mounted flat-screen TV.
Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom is at the back of the home. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.
Half Bath #8: Located at the back of the house and easily accessible from the pool is the half bath. All the bathrooms in the home have custom-built cabinetry and granite countertops.
Laundry Room: Located near the back of the home, there is a full-size washer and dryer.
Backyard: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, a large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. There is a hot tub/spa, and a private pool can be heated in the cooler months.
2nd Floor:
Arcade Area: Located in the middle of the 2nd floor are 3 arcade games and stools that are perfect for indoor entertainment!
Bunkroom + Bathroom #2: At the top of the 2nd-floor landing, to the right, you will find the bunkroom. It includes 2 Full/Full bunks and 1 Twin/ Twin. This will sleep 10. It also includes a dresser, flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony that overlooks the backyard. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combo.
Bedroom + Bathroom #3: Located at the top of the stairs and straight ahead is a king suite. This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. It also shares the balcony with the bunkroom.

We absolutely love Mirimar Beach. And this property was one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which eliminated drama. We loved having a fridge right by the back door. The half bath had a door leading to the backyard which was very convenient. We used the outdoor tv every day. The Bungalow was a beautiful home. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a bath attached to every bedroom ! The pool and spa were wonderful after a hot day at the beach or on bad weather days. The home is well equipped with all your needs. The only thing we would have liked would have been beach gear, such as beach chairs and umbrellas. We had to purchase chairs and umbrellas for our beach days.
The home was spotless and any issues that we had were resolved quickly ! And the use of the golf cart provided was great. The entire family enjoyed our stay at The Bungalow !

We had a fantastic stay at The Bungalow! The house was exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and spacious. The private pool was a perfect retreat, and the outdoor space made it easy to relax and unwind. The high-end kitchen was great for preparing group meals, and the arcade games upstairs added a fun touch for everyone.
One of the biggest perks was how close it was to the beach—just an 8-minute walk. The included golf cart was a huge help, especially for hauling chairs, coolers, and beach gear back and forth.
We had a couple of small issues during our stay, but Ryan was incredibly responsive and had someone come out to fix everything the same day. That level of service really stood out.

For a family of 15 it was ideal. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The pool was well used by all when we were finished at the beach.

This house was exactly what we needed. We were a total of 11 people (3 families) and we had room for everyone. Each room has its own bathroom which was a plus for all. It was well stocked with what we needed including a golf cart that we could use. The back yard was private and the pool was great, especially when we just wanted to rest and relax on the days it didn’t rain. Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a great stay at this home. So much so we are already discussing staying here again next year. Ryan was easy to work with and responded quickly. The house was beautiful and was everything we expected from the pics and more! The backyard is amazing and there is plenty of room for 12 people to enjoy the house! The only small difference is the distance from the beach. The house is actually 1 or 2 blocks South of Hwy 98 and about 7 blocks from the beach. It is awesome to have a golf cart to help tote your beach stuff, but parking is tough! We would stay again in the future, the beach is absolutely beautiful.- Reviewed On: 9/28/2024

This house is amazing! Went for a girls trip and it fit us all so comfortably! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need! Very quick and easy walk to the private beach but also the golf cart was super awesome to have and get around to the public beach access and restaurants! Family Vacation 2024
My family stayed here June 22-June 29, 2023. We had seven families with 11 children ranging from 11 months to 9 years. The pool was the icing on the cake. The home was absolutely wonderful. The golf cart was an added bonus The kitchen was all high end amenities and the beds was firm and comfortable and decorated exactly like the pictures. The Bungalow is a beautiful home. The layout is perfect for multiple families since each bedroom has an en suite. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, and storage containers. The host was responsive and attentive to our needs. The backyard space is beautiful with lots of seating.
