The house was great, spacious, easy to get to the beach. The property manager was responsive, which we really appreciated. The only thing we’d suggest is to give everyone at least 2 bath towels each, and beach towels would really be nice to add.

We had the best time at this wonderful house. The house was clean, the pool was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked like a charm. The location was perfect and renting a golf cart made it that much easier to head to the beach and cruise 30A. The refrigerator did go out in the middle of our trip. They handled it promptly and we had a new refrigerator that evening and reimbursement for groceries that were spoiled. 10/10!!! We will definitely be staying here again!

We love this house so much, we continue to return. It has great proximity to the beach in two access points, Eastern Lake and Ramsgate (with parking). Some people don’t like to wade through the water so this gave us good alternatives. We’re happy that the beach access and private beach issue is settled and will be more accessible on our next trip. I highly recommend dropping off your party at Ramsgate with chairs and coolers to set up, then parking in their lot and walking across the street. We also love the mattress. The house sleeps 20, but we decided to limit our group to 16 next year so no one has to sleep on the sofa bed or 3/king. En-suite bathrooms in each bedroom are so handy. The closets are huge so we don’t have to step over suitcase in our room. Ample dresser space to unpack. The kitchen is equipped with All Clad pans and has plenty of pans and cutting boards. The knives are sharp enough. Plenty of dishes, both ceramic and plastic cups and bowls. The open area makes hanging out easy and fun. 6 burner Viking stove and convection oven make cooking a snap. We used 3 rd floor wine cooler and our own coolers for soft drinks and waters that we supplied with ice daily. We used the beach and the pool daily. Would love the pool jets to be functional. The 30A story is a short walk away. We went to Pecan Jacks for ice cream a couple of days. Easy walk. Traffic can be heavy in the area around meal times and 10am checkout. Overall, we love the home. It’s the perfect amount of open public space and private bedrooms for retreating from the crowd. We used the balcony porch daily for reading and power hour. We left our chairs on the beach daily and came back out for sunset. Beautiful Memories!

The house is so beautiful and comfortable. The open floorplan helped us enjoy each other's company. We cooked quite a bit and enjoyed the pool as much as the beach. It is a short walk or drive to the Ramsgate Beach Access-with about 30 parking spaces for cars or golfcarts. There are several private parts of the beach but we found a nice spot in between. The bathrooms and closets are spacious, clean and confortable. One of the best parts about the house are the mattresses. Top quality for a good nights sleep. I stayed with family this week and I'm going back next week for a girls trip. This is one of the few houses that will allow bookings for less than a week (3 night minimum). We love that we can come unwind for a few days at a time. Service was great. House was very clean. We're thankful to have found this gem in the heart of Seagrove.

We had a wonderful weekend at this house! The home is very spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities needed to enjoy quality time with family and friends. It had everything we needed to cook, relax, and make great memories. We were a group of 14 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and communication. Highly recommend!

Family oriented beach property was fantastic. We comfortably slept 13. The pool and hot tub buttons were a little finicky and WiFi was slow, but who needs WiFi when you’re so close to the beach! The golf cart and bikes were a huge plus. Golf cart parking near the beach was troublesome so we got some walking in after shuttling the kids. Loved having the kids in the bunk room upstairs (I rarely had to see the mess)!

We had plenty of privacy in our rooms. Comfortable beds, kitchen is well appointed. We love that they provided beach chairs and a golf cart. We used the beach and the pool and really didn’t need to leave for anything. It was a perfect girls’ trip. I’d love to return with my family.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house located just minutes from the beach. The house had everything and more! Loved the porch, pool, kitchen and comfortable king size beds. All bedrooms are ensuite, and there is a large bunk room and family room on the top floor with another bathroom and ping pong table. The location is ideal, just about 5-8 minutes walking to shops and a great coffee house and restaurants. A beautiful white sandy beach is only minutes away by foot. The location was so quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Loved the open kitchen and living area. The house is a short drive to other beaches like Rosemary Beach. I'd highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

This house was perfection from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Brand new structure, brand new fixtures and furnishings. Lots of space and bedrooms to outfit an entire extended family with room to spare! I felt like I was staying in heaven. The arrival and departure process was flawless. I would definitely stay here again and again!

This house is amazing, with a short 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, you are in heaven. The pool is the perfect size with a semi kiddie pool. This house definitely accommodates everyone; from babies to dogs. We all had a great stay and would definitely come back to this property.

This home is beautiful. We feel at home right away. It is a walking distance to the beach but we did not have to go as much as it has a jacuzzi that we really loved and enjoyed. It is a perfect place for R&R. We will definitely choose this place again.

This house was an easy walk to the beach and we loved having the pool to swim in. House was very new, clean and relaxing. Loved the en suites for all of the rooms. Awesome kitchen for making meals. Hoping to stay there again next year!

This home was great and walking distance from the beach, the golf cart and bikes are a huge plus! The layout was great for our big group and the home was super clean. Amy and the local team were extremely quick to answer any questions we had.
