The Spiny Lobster is a 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom home that sleeps up to 24 people. This spacious 3 story home features trendy, farmhouse coastal décor and furnishings. This home is casual luxury at its finest! The Spiny Lobster is located in the new and highly sought-after gated community of the Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, Florida. The home features a private pool with a spa and kiddie/tanning area attached. A free 6-passenger Golf Cart (LSV) is included with each reservation! The community is located off of Scenic Highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tail restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart we include over to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall (home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

KITCHEN: This is a fully stocked kitchen with a center island bar. The bar will seat an additional 5 people across from the dining room table. The countertops are quartz, and the finishes are timeless brushed nickel and stainless steel. There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, blender, griddle, crockpot and all utensils.
DINING ROOM: Has a very large, sturdy, custom-made wood table that seats up to 10. Also has a view of the backyard and pool area.
LIVING ROOM: This living area is very spacious and has ample seating, featuring 3 full-sized couches and a large flat-screen TV. The living room also has a view of the backyard and pool. The ship-lapped walls and trendy accent trim work give the whole living and dining area a very cozy, casual vibe. It’s the perfect place to gather with those you love!
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: Upon entering the home, located on the right-hand side is the first bedroom, which features a king-size bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo single vanity and can also be accessed through the hallway.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Upon entering the home, located on the left-hand side, the second bedroom features a king-size bed, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
BACKYARD: The luxurious backyard has a private pool with a hot tub and splash pad. The splash pad is an easy entry point into the pool and an easy place for babies and toddlers to play safely. There is also an outdoor dining set that seats 6 and multiple lounge chairs. There is a grill, and propane is provided for you. The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months upon request. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars plus the golf cart. There is no additional parking.
2ND FLOOR:
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This features a king-size bed, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This room also has a door to the porch overlooking the front yard.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4 This features a king-size bed, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. It also has a door to the porch shared with Bedroom 3.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: This is a spacious master suite featuring: a king-size bed, full-sized desk and accent chair, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a large private master bathroom with a glassed walk-in shower and double vanity.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Spacious laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
3RD FLOOR:
BEDROOM #6: Located to the right of the stairs is the sixth bedroom. This bedroom features a king-size bed, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. Bedroom #6 shares a bathroom with bedroom #7.
BEDROOM #7: Straight ahead, the top of the third-floor stairs is a large bunk room with ample space for sleeping and activities. This room can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests and shares a bathroom with bedroom #6.
BATHROOM #6: This third-floor spacious bathroom features a double vanity, plenty of drawers and cabinets for storage, and a walk-in shower.

The house worked perfect for our group !!

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless and had plenty of space for our group to relax and spread out. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal during our trip, the pool and hot tub completely saved the week—such a great bonus! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. Spring break 2025
Beautiful home! We have stayed in this area previously years and love the location and short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. This home had the space we needed for the 3 families. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after spending the day at the beach (recommend paying the extra fee to heat the pool!) This home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. House was terrific! Spacious, clean, upscale. We paid to have pool heated and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. Perfect temp. We swam even with outside temps in 50s. Beaches were soft and clean, ocean was a short walk away. Beautiful sunset and sun rise! The golf cart was a great amenity and could be driven to the nearby beaches, restaurants and local shopping. This was the first time booking a vacation for our adult family with their own children. I didn't know what to expect but I could not have asked for a better place. We all had plenty of room to hang out. This house is beautiful, everything was clean. Anything you would need to prepare meals for a large group was included in the kitchen. I received messages from Ryan throughout the stay just checking in. It was nice to know that any questions or concerns were only a text message away. We utilized the pool and spa daily. A lot of fun was had there! I cannot say enough good things about this place to bring a family together. We made some wonderful memories here. Great Large Family Vacation
We had 12 adults and 2 babies and this property was perfect. It accommodated some of our limited mobility family members. And also our two families with a baby and toddler. We loved the place and it was set up perfectly ready to use. We had a couple small issues, one with the outdoor grill and one with the hot tub heater not working. Both were quickly resolved. Awesome house & location
6 couples stayed in this house for our annual Spring trip. Each room was spacious, clean and adequately stocked. The beds were very comfortable too! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking amenities. Pool and hot tub was incredibly relaxing. And, the location to the private beach was just a short stroll or golf cart ride - Bonus that the golf cart was provided as well! Would love to stay here again!!- Posted: 4/30/2023

The house was great, but what really made it stand out was the private pool, hot tub, and golf cart! It felt like a million bucks. Everything we needed was golf cart distance away, we will definitely stay in this gated community again!- Posted: 4/22/2023

Spiny Lobster Family Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Spiny Lobster. The beautiful home, amazing golf cart, pool and hot tub, and exceptional service from the property manager made our vacation truly memorable. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and fun getaway! The home was brand new, decorated well and spacious. Every adult bedroom had a very comfortable king bed. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds - they were close to the ground which is perfect for toddlers who use a real bed. Though the weather during our stay wasn't ideal, the heated pool and hot tub were a highlight of our trip as they allowed us to still enjoy swimming and lounging in the water, even on cooler days, providing hours of relaxation and fun for our whole group (ranging from 18 months to 65)! In addition, the golf cart was one of my favorite parts of the house. It was electric, so we didn’t have to pay for gas or anything and it was such a fun way to see the area and get easily to the beach. You could also walk to the beach from the Spiny Lobster, it wasn't far at all. There's also some delicious restaurants within walking distance. Another one of the standout features of our stay was the excellent service provided by the property manager. There were a few very minor issues that we encountered, and they were promptly addressed and fixed, going above and beyond our expectations. The level of responsiveness and attentiveness was truly impressive and ensured that our stay was hassle-free. The only slight drawback was the spotty wifi connectivity, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. We would definitely stay here or another Travel Life property again!! The place was perfect, location was in gated community a few blocks off the beach! Close enough but quiet at night. The ammenties at this house were great, Heated pool, Hot tub, great living room comfortable for all guests! Golf cart is a must have and was perfect!- Posted: 3/25/2023

Spiny Lobster Stay
