Kitchen: This is a fully stocked kitchen with a center island bar. The bar will seat an additional 5 people across from the dining room table. The countertops are quartz, and the finishes are timeless brushed nickel and stainless steel. There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, blender, griddle, crockpot and all utensils.
Dining Room: The dining room features a very large, sturdy, custom-made wood table that seats up to 10. It has a calming view of the backyard and pool area.
Living Room: This living area is very spacious and has ample seating, featuring 3 full-sizecouches and a large flat-screen TV. The living room also has a view of the backyard and pool. The ship-lapped walls and trendy accent trim work give the whole living and dining area a very cozy, casual vibe. It’s the perfect place to gather with those you love!
Bedroom + Bathroom #1: Upon entering the home, located on the right-hand side is the first bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and can also be accessed through the hallway.
Bedroom + Bathroom #2: Upon entering the home, located on the left-hand side, the second bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Backyard: The luxurious backyard has a private pool with an attached spa and splash pad. The splash pad is an easy entry point into the pool and an easy place for babies and toddlers to play safely. There is also an outdoor dining set that seats 6 and multiple lounge chairs. There is a grill, and propane is provided for you. The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months upon request. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars plus the golf cart. There is no additional parking.
2nd Floor:

This was the first family vacation we planned with our kids and grandkids. It was a collective decision to choose the Spiny Lobster and it was exactly as expected. We had the best time! The house is beautiful and offered everything we needed. The private pool and back yard area was the favorite place to be and the golf cart made getting to the beach and around the area so much easier. Wonderful Vacation!
Everything about the property was prefect and check-in/check/out were very easy. Our only complaint is with regard to the check-in time listed on the VRBO sight. After driving over 10 hours and being hot and tired we were unable to enter the house until an hour after the listed time on VRBO. I did know the day before that check-in time was incorrect as per Travel Life Vacations who said they would try to have the house ready by 4, but as stated before, it was not. We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless and had plenty of space for our group to relax and spread out. House was terrific! Spacious, clean, upscale. We paid to have pool heated and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. Perfect temp. We swam even with outside temps in 50s. Beaches were soft and clean, ocean was a short walk away. Beautiful sunset and sun rise! The golf cart was a great amenity and could be driven to the nearby beaches, restaurants and local shopping. This was the first time booking a vacation for our adult family with their own children. I didn't know what to expect but I could not have asked for a better place. We all had plenty of room to hang out. This house is beautiful, everything was clean. Anything you would need to prepare meals for a large group was included in the kitchen. I received messages from Ryan throughout the stay just checking in. It was nice to know that any questions or concerns were only a text message away. We utilized the pool and spa daily. Great Large Family Vacation
We had 12 adults and 2 babies and this property was perfect. It accommodated some of our limited mobility family members. And also our two families with a baby and toddler. Great place to stay with a family! We had 10 adults and two small children. So much space for everyone. We loved everything about the house. Was so impressed that the air conditioning was great for every floor. We 100% would book here again. Thanks for the best family vacation ever.

Awesome house & location
6 couples stayed in this house for our annual Spring trip. Each room was spacious, clean and adequately stocked. The beds were very comfortable too! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking amenities. Pool and hot tub was incredibly relaxing. And, the location to the private beach was just a short stroll or golf cart ride - Bonus that the golf cart was provided as well! Would love to stay here again!!- Reviewed On: 4/30/2023

Spiny Lobster Family Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Spiny Lobster. The beautiful home, amazing golf cart, pool and hot tub, and exceptional service from the property manager made our vacation truly memorable. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and fun getaway! The home was brand new, decorated well and spacious. Every adult bedroom had a very comfortable king bed. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds - they were close to the ground which is perfect for toddlers who use a real bed. Though the weather during our stay wasn't ideal, the heated pool and hot tub were a highlight of our trip as they allowed us to still enjoy swimming and lounging in the water, even on cooler days, providing hours of relaxation and fun for our whole group (ranging from 18 months to 65)! In addition, the golf cart was one of my favorite parts of the house. It was electric, so we didn’t have to pay for gas or anything and it was such a fun way to see the area and get easily to the beach. You could also walk to the beach from the Spiny Lobster, it wasn't far at all. There's also some delicious restaurants within walking distance. Another one of the standout features of our stay was the excellent service provided by the property manager. There were a few very minor issues that we encountered, and they were promptly addressed and fixed, going above and beyond our expectations. The level of responsiveness and attentiveness was truly impressive and ensured that our stay was hassle-free. The only slight drawback was the spotty wifi connectivity, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. We would definitely stay here or another Travel Life property again!! Spiny Lobster Stay
