Very lovely property. Very well stocked and clean. Very impressed! However, we had a few issues that were frustrating. We followed the guidelines and kept all three floors thermostat on 72. The 3rd floor never got above 66. People were miserable up there. We were given additional blankets. The dishwasher is useless. We rinsed everything and dishes still came out dirty. It's a weird style that can only run top or bottom at a time so used double the dishwasher pods. With 16 people we were running it constantly. All the nonstick pans were damaged and should not be used. When we pulled out the griddle it had been put away dirty and was really caked with food. We have rented many vacation homes, even others in Miramar beach. The 9a check-out and 5p check-in is ridiculous. (even our Lyft driver said he never heard of this.) And to be honest, some of the language in the rental contract is a bit off-putting. According to the contract, if the rental is available earlier than 5p, then you can PAY $50 to enter one hour earlier (at 4p). BUT, if they are running late and the unit is not available at 5p, then the renter needs to be "patient". I texted a question and instead of an answer, was sent a link to the guidelines (which I had read carefully and did not have the answer to my question). We don't think we would do another rental with Breathe Easy. Individual owners are so much more flexible and accommodating. Everything else was great and we had a wonderful week with family.

This rental has it all! Beautifully designed and decorated, FULLY stocked kitchen, and the beach is within feet of the home! Everything was clean and tidy! There was an issue with the WiFi on the third floor for a couple of guests, but we worked around it. May need to add an extender, but other than that this place was perfect!!

Would definitely book again! The house worked perfectly for our large group of 21. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you’d need to cook for a large group. The location is great as it’s close to a grocery store and restaurants. The best part was the view and beach! Oh and the beach access right out the back door! One of the nicest beaches we’ve visited. It was a bonus to have beach service daily that includes 4 chairs and two umbrellas. There were additional chairs in the house that we used daily. One of our favorite things about the house was the deck with table and chairs. Each morning, we had coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean. A bonus - we saw dolphins each morning! Communication with property management was excellent and very responsive! The only thing that we wished was different is the late check-in time and early check-out. It was a little stressful getting a group of 21 out the door by 9am but we managed! :) We are already considering a second trip!! We had the best time!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of 20. Response to any issues and questions was Immediate and taken care of quickly . Having two full size refrigerators was huge. Private beach with chair setup was very nice and beach was not crowded. Pool was great for the smaller ones. We definitely plan to be back.

We have stayed here multiple times and love it! Great customer service-had a small issue with elevator and they came right out to fix it and even left us a gift of cup cakes:). Love that it’s on the beach and comes with beach chairs! Definitely recommend.

This was a lovely beach property for a family vacation including 10 adults and 10 children under the age of 7yrs. The home has great amenities and accommodations for all. The open kitchen is well equipped for large meal prep and service with ocean views. The grill was used for salmon and grouper dinners. We all slept comfortably. The beach access was great for our crew and the property manager and owner were responsive to ensure that the pool heater was functioning properly during our stay. We had the best time and made many happy memories!

The house location was perfect and close to everything. The house itself was in very good shape, there were some spots of water damage on the outside but nothing the hindered our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and updated. There were two complaints about the mattresses in each bedroom on either side of the laundry room, they were said to be hard and slightly uncomfortable. The kitchen was phenomenal, all of the pots/pans/bowls/etc that you could need. The front load washer and dryer were quiet and work like a dream. The elevator was extremely helpful, as we did have older (70+) family members use it. The extra fridge came in handy and the circulating fans in rooms was a nice touch.

Best trip ever! Easy breezy From check in to check out. The home was perfect as was the location. Could bike anywhere we wanted and just walked out the back door to the beach. Our work group of 9 ladies could not have been happier! We LOVED everything about this beach house: check in/out instructions were clear, good communication with property manager, plenty of space, very clean, beautiful view/right on the beach, super close to outlet stores, groceries,& restaurants, included chair/umbrella setup each day with plenty of additional chairs available in the downstairs storage area, 2 car garage for ease in parking, access to 4 bicycles. For our family of 13 this was the perfect place! So many great features its hard to name. Most important: the home is right on the beach! No crossing roads or making certain to haul everything in one trip. We utilized the chairs that were already set up on the beach so getting everyone to the beach was simple. Can't begin to explain how important so many bathrooms are with 13 people! The home itself is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal as well as prepare sandwiches. The property is located near shopping, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. The management team is great! They checked in to make certain we had everything we needed and to answer any questions during our stay. overall this was a wonderful experience and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the property. Perfect location, safe, secluded property, and great recommendations for food and activities. Everything was as pictured and was clean. We loved that all the rooms we needed had private bathrooms. The bunk room was perfect for our kids and for those who may co-sleep with their small children! The pool was a little cold, being under the upper balconies, but it was a perfect reprieve for our children. Only constructive criticisms would be to add some sort of system for filtered drinking water (we went through a TON of bottled water during our stay) and to maybe add a few more hooks/bars for towels/bathing suits in the bathroom! Overall we had a wonderful time and this home was absolutely perfect for our large family. We made so many beautiful memories here and would love to stay again in the future! Thanks so much!

The only change we wish for was a larger pantry, there really is no pantry so most items sit out all week. Also the AC gave us issues during the week but nothing that ruined the vacation. We are looking forward to returning next year. Management was quick to reply to all issues.

Very nice house and location. Enjoyed the amenities and private beach. However, the thermostat on the third floor was not working properly. Actual temperature lower than showing on the control. Also the pool is more of a splash pool. Overall had great time and would stay again.

Don't miss Gator Beach, you get to actually hold a baby alligator.. The house is beautiful and super spacious. Having the pool was fantastic. Wexwould gi to the beach most of the day, come back take a shower (right on the pool deck) then jump in the pool.. We had it heated so it was like having a 20 person hot tub. AMAZING!! Having the elevator was a must and made all the difference on arrival day as well as departure. We did have a fire extinguisher inspection and the pool guys came twice.. which was a little intrusive but i understand these things have to be done. All in all a good time was had by all..

We have stayed in many beach rentals over the years, however, this was the most user friendly house we have stayed in. The elevator was perfect for my 90 yr. old father. The house was big enough that everyone had enough room to spread out and have some privacy. In addition, the main floor/kitchen area was large enough to handle everyone for group activities. The kitchen was incredibly equipped with everything you could possibly need to feed and entertain a small army. Beach access was a breeze with a lot of places to walk to.

We had a total of 11 people - from 3 months to almost 83 years old. This house offered enough space so that we were not cramped. The rooms are all large and tastefully decorated. The view was great and the location was close to shopping. We have already planned to return next year!

Other than needing a new toaster, I can't really give much in the way of any negative feedback. The house is beautiful and in a great location--you can't ask for more. The kitchen is well stocked for a rental and there are plenty of beach chairs. The elevator was not working when we first arrived and the staff dealt with this in an urgent fashion as we did have a handicapped guest and I was very impressed with their attentiveness. Well worth the money, you won't be disappointed

Everything was excellent. However, I think you need to know a few things about the property: 1- The towel hook in the master bathroom on the second floor kept falling off the wall. 2- The ice maker in the garage didn't make ice. 3- When we used the "Char-Grill" on the balcony to cook some hamburgers, the flames were so high it charred all of our meat. We tried turning off the gas but the flames continued. It looked like the lower part of the pit had not been cleaned in a long while and the fat that had accumulated is what was burning. We are planning to come back next year and we would like to be able to use the pit without all the fire.

What a great week relaxing on the beach. 14 of us ranging from eight months old to 72 years old fit comfortably and still had plenty of space to ourselves. The property had beach toys for the littles, coolers for our drinks, & extra chairs and umbrellas to add to the set of four chairs and two umbrellas provided by the beach service. Having the beach right outside the door made it easy for everyone to do their own thing and not feel obligated to stay at the beach or house but rather come and go as the desired. Brittany was very attentive and checked in on us regularly. Overall this was a vacation that will be remembered for the good times had by all!

This property and its management company were simply amazing! Our family of 11 was very impressed and very comfortable! It was very clean. Check in was super smooth. We had all the amenities we could dream of. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. The extra refrigerator and wine cooler in the garage were excellent! The living room, dining room, and bar surrounding the kitchen were very spacious and held our entire family. The bedrooms were a great size as well-- and that master suite was AMAZING! We didn't use the elevator much, except to shuttle our luggage and coolers up and down floors but it was an excellent touch! There were beach toys/chairs/etc. in a closet area that others had left and it worked out perfect for our family since we flew and could not bring our own. (We left some items for the next renters too) The pool area is spacious and the pool is "just right" for cooling off. We loved sitting on the upper balcony each morning and evening! The beach is literally steps from the house. The umbrella and chair service were an awesome touch as well. We were concerned prior to coming that the beach would be overcrowded being right next door to a condo; however, it was quite the opposite. This subdivision has its own private beach and, while there are people around, you very much have your own beach and ocean space. We encountered a couple minor issues throughout the week, but Brittany with Breathe Easy was super responsive and made sure all issues were addressed immediately and efficiently. I cannot recommend this house enough. It was truly awesome. We have stayed in several other homes in Destin and Gulf Shores and this is by far our favorite!! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay. The house is clean, comfortable, and in front of the beach, which made it so easy for the kids to go back and forth. It is also amazing for big families and has tons of games. We went on a cold week of April, so we used the heated feature of the pool which was super helpful and let us enjoy it much more but could still feel a little cold on very cold breezy days. The owners are very helpful and always available! We definitely loved the property and would love to stay there again.
