1st Floor:

Amenities include a 5-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, along with all standard utensils and cookware. The spacious island includes a second basin and additional seating for 4, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

Dining Room: The dining room features a large wood table with seating for 10.

Living Room: The living room offers three full-sized sofas beneath high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light and a standing flat screen TV, great for gathering and making memories.

Bathroom #1: Is a powder room.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom #1 + Bathroom #2: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, 1 dresser, private closet, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. There is a private bathroom attached with a double vanity, and large walk-in shower.

House Rules:
-Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
-This is a NON-smoking property.
- 2 dogs less than 15 lbs.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 2 cars maximum with golf cart taking 3rd space. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
- Additional parking throughout the community in designated areas. Be mindful of tow away zones.
