Dining Room: The dining room features a large wood table with seating for 10, providing plenty of space for shared meals and conversation.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must inquire and receive approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; pricing will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person will be required.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Parking:
-All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. A maximum of 2 cars may park in the driveway, with the golf cart occupying the 3rd space. No trailers, RVs, scooters, boats, or motorcycles are permitted without prior approval.
-Additional parking is available throughout the community in designated areas. Please be mindful of tow-away zones.
