1st Floor:

Kitchen: This gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals with family and friends with crisp white cabinetry and granite countertops, complemented by stainless steel appliances throughout. Amenities include a 4-burner electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, along with all standard utensils and cookware. The breakfast bar includes additional seating for 2, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

Dining Room: The dining room features a charming farmhouse table with seating for 8.

Living Room: The living room offers two full-sized sofas and two plush accent chairs seating arranged beneath high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light and a mounted flat screen TV, great for gathering and making memories.

Living Room #2: Unwind in a second stylish living room with a coastal-inspired accent wall right off the dining room. This space features a modern ceiling fan, a mounted flat screen TV, and comfortable seating perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers, a plush sitting chair, private closet, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom attached with a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and deep soaking tub.

Bedroom #2: This bedroom includes 1 queen-sized bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, private closet, and a mounted flat-screen TV.

Bedroom #3: This bedroom includes a custom-built twin/full bunk with natural light, private closet, and a mounted flat-screen TV.

Laundry: The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor and includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Bedroom #4: This bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and includes 2 twin beds, a nightstand, dresser, private closet.

House Rules:
-Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 3 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
