Tucked in the quiet Paradise Retreat community, this home pairs inviting indoor spaces with a private pool and easy access to the sugar-white sands, making it a comfortable setting for an effortless beach escape.

Inside, the home features peaceful, family-friendly living spaces designed for spending time together. The main common areas provide a comfortable place to gather after a day at the beach, while the king bedroom layouts offer flexibility that works especially well for families. Additional built-in bunk allows everyone to settle in with ease, creating a relaxed and welcoming space for guests of all ages.

Home Layout and Bedroom Details:

Kitchen: This kitchen is fully stocked and ready for making meals for families. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is a counter-height bar with 5 bar stools.

Dining Room: The dining room is located just across from the kitchen. You can access the backyard and the beautiful pool from the dining room.

Living Room: This open concept living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room. There are plenty of comfortable seating options.

Bedroom #1 : The first bedroom as you enter the home to the right is a King bedroom including a small dresser, night stand, and mounted flat screen TV

Bedroom #2+ Bathroom #1: It includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, mounted flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom including a standup shower, large vanity and hanging mirror.

Bedroom #3: Across the hall from the queen room is the bunk room. This room includes a full over full bunk with a mounted flat screen TV.

Bathroom #2: This bathroom is conveniently located in the hall way between near the bedrooms leading to the common areas.

Bedroom #4 + Bathroom #3: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private, luxurious bathroom designed with a separate soaking tub, walk-in shower, modern dual sink design and a make up vanity.

Laundry Room: Has a full-size washer and dryer.

Game Room: Just off the laundry room is designed for fun with cozy couch centered in front of mouth flat screen TV, a full size refrigerator, cabinetry and arcade games.

Backyard: This backyard oasis is the perfect retreat for relaxation, family fun, and unforgettable moments together. There are several lounge chairs, table set, a covered seating area with a hanging flat screen TV. There is a private saltwater pool, hot tub, and an outdoor shower.


House Rules:
-Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 3 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
