Kitchen: This kitchen is located in the back left corner of the home, looking out over the resort-style backyard. It’s fully stocked for all your cooking needs. It has elegant cabinetry and a large island. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, 1 commercial-size refrigerator, 2 toasters, crock pot, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware.
Dining Room: In front of the kitchen are 2 large, 11 ft. long dining tables with bench seating, so there’s plenty of space for the whole family!
Living Room #1: This first living room is located in the same open-concept space as the kitchen and dining room. It has 3 full-sized couches and a 55-inch HD flat-screen TV.
Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.
Bedroom + Bathroom #2: This bedroom is also on the first floor, just down the hall from Bedroom #1. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

The house was well kept and spacious enough for our family of 16...had 2 issues that were dealt with in a timely manner(smoke alarm croaking out, broken keurig that was replaced brand new) communication with the travel life team was superb. However we were told there was no baby or beach gear which wasnt the case. Had a pack n play, highchair, 2 10x10 tents and probably 12 beach chairs. We chose this Airbnb for our friend group beach trip. We had a group of 19 and everyone was entirely comfortable. Plenty of space, tons of bathrooms, very clean and well decorated, and the host was super responsive to the few questions we had. October Birthday Celebrations!
We booked this stay to celebrate a 30th birthday for our daughter as well as my wife’s 50th birthday. We had 20 of our close friends and family members and it was awesome! Our family tries to do a vacation every 2 years. This was the best house we have stayed in yet! So well thought out in design, clean, and short walk to beach. Five Star Vacation
We absolutely loved this house!! It was so perfect for each bedroom to have its own en suite bathroom. When can we go back?
Absolutely perfect in every aspect! This was our sixth year in a row, staying in similar houses all within a few miles of each other. It is the ideal house layout, unbelievable location, comfortable beds and was extremely clean. We are counting down the days until we can stay here again next year. We loved it. This deserves more than five stars. If I am going to be overly critical with small detials, I would only make a few changes: the house needs more than two trash cans outside. We cleaned thoroughly before we left, but had way more trash than it could hold; the televisions do not have a cable service to watch; the water pressure in the showers could be better; kitchen needs more pots/pans. Great comfortable home!
We had an amazing time in this big home! We had a family reunion and there was 36 of us in the home but it didn’t feel crowded at all! Each room has a bathroom attached plus there’s a powder room near the kitchen/dining area. That made it so comfortable than even with that many people, you could have the privacy of your own room and bathroom. Pool and hot tub were great! Also hammocks and lounge chairs in the backyard was a great addition! The beach was very close and so beautiful! Great home in a great location!- Reviewed On: 4/15/2024

Excellent home for large group!
We were a spring break group, all of us ranged from 21-22 years old. The booking took some extra time with the approval for College Students, but overall was easy and enjoyable. The home is exactly as advertised, extremely clean and perfect for groups. Upon arrival, the hot tub and pool heating elements were not working, but the property manager came that night and fixed them ASAP. The house does not provide any consumables except for dishwasher pods, and each bathroom has a small soap/toiletries kit. The walk to the beach was very easy, maybe 7 minutes max. We had a great time and would book at this property and with Travel Life Vacations again.- Reviewed On: 3/17/2024

Denise was simply AMAZING!!

Family Thanksgiving 2023
Great house! Clean, updated, close to shopping ,and the beach. My family had a great time. It was 3 generations on this trip and we all had something to do. The pool and arcade was a hit for the kids. You need to get the pool heated during the cooler months. The beach access is about three blocks, and the six passenger golf cart was a great addition. Denise (Travel Life Vacations) was absolutely amazing. She answered every question that I had. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The carriage house with two of the king bedrooms was a plus for the brand new mother of twins in our group. We will definitely book this home again.- Reviewed On: 11/29/2023

I have rented over 50 large beach houses in Destin over the past 15 years. This property was exceptional! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware and serving dishes. The fridge was huge with an additional fridge in the pool house. Beds were comfy. The golfcart was a surprising bonus. Close to everything you need, including the beach. Beautiful Home! Family Reunion Perfection
Our stay was lovely. The home was everything we needed for our family reunion-clean, beautiful & well equipped. The backyard was perfect for our group & where we spent most of our time together. We have stayed in many homes in Destin & this was our favorite so far. The management company was incredibly responsive when the refrigerator & ice machine were not working. They delivered a new fridge lickety split & were attentive the entirety of our stay! The only suggestion I can make is to add beach chairs & an umbrella to the home for guest use. It’s the only home we’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have them to use. You can rent them at the beach, but it would be a nice addition. Stay here! You will not regret it!- Reviewed On: 7/9/2023

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
Fantastic location for family and friends to gather and spend a week together. Despite cool breezy and rainy weather each day provided enough sunshine to enjoy the wonderful heated pool and outdoor areas. Everyone had a great time from the youngest who is four to the oldest who was 78. Accommodations were very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us to cook, eat and play together. We were close enough to all of the local recreational attractions to enjoy mini golf and a dinner cruise, as well as fishing and enjoying the herons and pelicans on the piers. Amazing!
This property is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was immaculate and the main home and the carriage home had everything needed for our large group. The backyard and pool area are like having your own resort! TLV did an amazing job and the rental process was a breeze. We will definitely be back!!! Great Week!
