Majestic View is a stunning 5-bedroom, 5 and a half-bathroom retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, located in the Majestica Beach community along Scenic Highway 30A. The third-floor king suite occupies its own level of the home, framing a peaceful hideaway with elevated views toward the Gulf.

Home Layout and Bedroom Details:

1st Floor:

Kitchen: This kitchen features plenty of counter space and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances to make cooking for a large group a breeze. This all-white kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and gas-top stove.

Dining Room: The dining room is located right next to the living room. There is a table that offers bench seating, and the elongated bar also has seating for 4 guests, comfortably seating a total of 10 guests.

Living Room: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room in an open-concept layout. With 2 couches and 2 additional high-end accent chairs, there is plenty of space for everyone to spend time together and enjoy the natural light that floods in from the wall of windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom is located downstairs, just past the kitchen. Fresh and full of natural light, this bedroom features a king-size bed, high-quality luxury bedding, a smart TV mounted on the wall, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in marble shower which comes complete with two shower heads: one stationary and one removable for ease and convenience.

Half Bathroom #6: This half bath is located right off the kitchen and dining room area for convenience.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom #2: The bunk room can easily accommodate 6 guests by offering a full/full bunk and twin/twin bunk. All beds have high-quality, luxurious bedding. The bunk room also offers plenty of open space for personal belongings and activities. This bedroom also has its own smart TV mounted to the wall.

Bathroom #2: This bathroom is located directly across from the 2nd floor stairs in the hallway and includes a shower/bathtub combination. This is for Bedroom #2.

Bedroom + Bathroom #3: This bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, luxurious bedding, a TV mounted on the wall, balcony access to soak in the beautiful views and Seabreeze, and comes complete with a private ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also has a marble walk-in shower.

Bedroom + Bathroom #4: This master bedroom has access to the balcony, where you can smell the salty air and take in views of the sparkling water. This bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxurious bedding and a smart TV mounted on the wall. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a marble walk-in shower and double vanity.

Laundry: Comes with a full-sized, side-by-side washer and dryer to make going home with clean clothes easy and convenient!

3rd Floor:

Bedroom + Bathroom #5: The final king bedroom is located on the third floor and features luxurious bedding, a smart TV mounted on the wall, and a sliding glass door that offers unobstructed views of the beach. The balcony also includes chairs for lounging. The top floor penthouse style bedroom is very private feeling and of course, comes complete with a spacious and private ensuite bathroom featuring a marble walk-in shower.

Outside:

Community Pool: Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA’s discretion, the community pool is typically heated from mid-October to mid-January and again during spring break.

House Rules:
-Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 4 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.

This place was perfect for a multi-family getaway. Just steps from a private beach on 30A, we loved being able to see and hear the ocean from the porch while avoiding the crowds. We cooked several meals during our stay, and while the kitchen could use a few more serving pieces and prep bowls, everything else was simply fantastic.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and in a great location. We were hoping for a few little things in the kitchen that weren’t there but it wasn’t a huge deal to go buy them. Majestic View

It was a beautiful home! Everything was clean and we really enjoyed the screened in porch with the view of the ocean. The location was perfect. You are steps from the boardwalk to the private beach. We used La Dolce Vita to rent chairs and a 14 inch umbrella. It is expensive but worth the front row, chairs waiting for you upon arrival, and no hassle of taking everything down at the end of the day. We definitely would rent this home again.

We had a great time! The beach was steps away which is very important to our family because we spend most of the day there. The house had everything we needed and even came with baby essentials. If we had any questions Ryan answered quickly! A great house! The only thing I would mention is they don’t allow tents on the beach in the private area. They did end up letting us put up a Neso tent. Umbrellas are fine or you have to rent from the chair and umbrella station.

Incredible Spring Break with family.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront house in 30A! The home was spotless upon arrival, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beach access was perfect—just steps away from pristine white sand and crystal-clear water. Having the golf cart made it even better, allowing us to easily explore Seaside and nearby spots. Every detail was well thought out, making our stay both comfortable and effortless. If you’re looking for a dream beach vacation, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Beach Time

Our extended family came to 30a for a week of relaxation and togetherness after a difficult year. We had an excellent time in a perfect house! The location was ideal for us, close to the fun of Sea Side and many good restaurants but across the street from a quiet beach. The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The house perfectly fit our family of 14 adults and kids. We’ll hopefully be back next year.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had a lovely week vacation with family and friends. The house is in a great location to the beach and to local restaurants. It is a short walk to the steps to get down to the beach. Be aware that there are a steep flight of stairs to get to the beach. The house was clean when we arrived. One issue we had was the towels were all still damp and folded in the laundry room. We had to rewash them to get the moldy smell out of them. The upstairs bedroom has a mini split for a/c and we loved it. If you need a cold room to sleep in that’s the one for sure. The views from the balconies are stunning. The house has everything we needed for cooking dinners. There were some beach items like a tent and umbrella in the closet on the first floor. And we left some chairs too. The beach is private and a company sets up chairs you can rent but they are really expensive and not worth it in my opinion. If you are going to take your own chairs to the beach then do it early so you can get a better spot. The chair rental company takes up a lot of room but cannot move your items. The golf cart was a surprise and we were thrilled to have it. We were able to communicate with management and they almost immediately responded and addressed any issues we had. The golf cart company was quick to fix a. Issue we had as well. We had quiet neighbors. There was construction going on next door which did impact trying to sleep in or take a nap. The pool was nice. We would definitely return.

Enjoyed Seaside

Really enjoyed our stay at seaside. The house was big enough for all 10 of us and so close to the beach that it made it easy to get the kids out of the house and down to the water. Also really enjoyed the heated pool with the temps in the mid 60s. Parking was great at the house but terrible around town. Golf carts for adults and Ubers are the way to go. If you have kids in car seats, getting around the town can be a challenge. The house was well appointed and had all necessary appliances. Property management was great at communication and quick to reply to our questions. Overall I would recommend this location for any family and this house was perfect for our family. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Simply Majestic!

This house lives up to all pictures - modern, spacious, clean and amazing views! We especially enjoyed the nice patio furniture and the screened in porch. The neighborhood is small and gated, and well maintained. The location is perfect - we used the bikes to go East to the Big Chill for fun live music, and to the West to Seaside for shopping and dining. The beach is truly steps away, and stunning. We loved the Perfect Pig across the street for breakfast, and also the Old Florida Fish House for a nice dinner. Everything you could need to cook is in the kitchen, and Publix is a very short drive away. Super comfy mattresses and linens made for great sleep. We like the guest book site that Travel Life uses to keep all of the info handy on the phone. Bonuses were a closet with extra beach chairs, and an outdoor shower for rinsing sand off. We absolutely plan to book here again. The week was simply majestic from start to finish!
