Had a fantastic week at the beach!! Our group had 3 families and there was plenty of space! The pool was amazing and the golf cart made the close beach access even better! Quiet neighborhood, close to several stores and restaurants. We would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time here. The pool was great and easy walk to the beach. We ended up with 2 golf carts and enjoyed using them to go to the beach and shopping. Hope to come back soon!

Great place to stay! Top three things we appreciated: heated pool, quiet and safe neighborhood, and access to a shuttle golf cart to get around.

The property description is accurate and the house has a lot of space for a large group. The heated pool is the perfect size and the golf cart makes for a quick and easy trip to many of the area beaches! Will definitely stay again!

The pictures on the listing do not do this place justice! It’s very roomy and the pool is amazing. All of the beds are pretty high off the ground (except for the lower bunks), so be prepared if you’re bringing a small dog. They won’t be able to get up and down on their own, if they typically sleep in bed with you. Location is awesome. It’s the first house when entering the adorable coded entry neighborhood. That said, this makes it the furthest from the beach entrance. But, it’s still not far. About a 5-7 min walk, or 2 min drive with the golf cart! Which makes lugging your beach equipment SO much easier. All in all, this place was wonderful and would definitely recommend.

This was the nicest beach vacation house we have rented! Very clean, no bugs. All on one floor. My husband and I came with 3 grown daughters. One daughter is single, 2 are married with families. Four grandkids are from ages 12 to almost 16 years old. Eleven of us total. We had plenty of room. The house had a master bedroom in the back with a king sized bed and its own bathroom. In the big closet were some things for babies (like high chairs and pack and play) and blow up mattesses. However, the bed is quite high. It was hard for us to get in and out of it. My husband sleeps better in his overstuffed chair at home because of his back. There were 3 rooms with queen sized beds and a bunk bed room and 2 other full bathrooms. The kitchen was good. It only had 2 medium sized plastic cups. More would be better if you have small children. We had to buy ice as the ice maker in the freezer did not put out very much ice. But the refrigerator and freezer were plenty big for us. For the garbage disposal to work, you have to plug in the gray cord below the sink to the outlet above the counter to the left of the sink. Fabulous pool and pool area! Plenty of room for everyone to hang out there for outside eating or couch lounging. The golf cart has the right light burned out. It was hard to find a good place to park at the beach. As we were walking back to it, we saw a man getting into it and starting it! We yelled and he stopped. Some carts look alike and the keys must be interchangeable!

Great location and plenty of space. The pool was amazing. Some of the furniture on the patio could use some updating; missing and dirty cushions and a broken umbrella but they came and replaced that quickly. The golf cart was an amazing addition! It was the first time we rented a place that had no basics in the kitchen though. Not even salt and pepper. But the stores were quick to get to and the kitchen had plenty of space.

The home worked just perfect for us as far as location to the beach! The golf cart was amazing and made trips to the beach a breeze or it’s only a short walk. We needed a single level home so that was great! We didn’t need all of the bedrooms but loved that 4 of the bedrooms had king size mattresses! The pool was very nice but a little warmer than our pool at home so we didn’t spend a lot of time in it. I would recommend new cookware as they were scratched up pretty bad and I was worried about cooking with the skillets so I just bought one skillet. We didn’t do a lot of cooking so that was ok. I would also recommend new towels for the bathrooms as they were getting thin and just not that comfortable to dry off with. Other than that, it was a great stay and would definitely book again!

The pool was awesome, some of us enjoyed the pool as much or more than the beach. Located in a quiet community. The travel company taking care of the house was very accommodating, quick to respond, easy to talk to, and very generous with us when we had an issue. Ryan has a great company working his property!

We had a great time on our vacation!! The house was amazing especially the pool and back yard area. Great location, easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was a nice addition to the stay. I highly recommend this property and I would even visit again myself. We had a small issue with the pool heater and it was taken care of immediately. The property manager was spot on and very attentive. Loved every part of it!!!

The house was absolutely wonderful! The people was amazing and we spent 90% of our time there! There were a few storms the rolled through and made the pool pretty dirty however without ask the pool was cleaned and ready to go the next morning before we even got out there. The only complaint I have have was the bath towels we were only provided 9 there was 9 of us however must of us were females and we all use more than one towel so we had to wash towels every day but other than I would go back again anytime and highly recommend for the pool and proximity to the beach alone.

We were fortunate enough to have a family vacation this year with all our kids and grandkids. After searching for weeks for a home to accommodate everyone, we found the perfect place to stay. Emerald Oasis was exactly as described. We absolutely loved the home, private pool, short walk to the beach and the provided golf cart for those that didn't want to walk. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was even better than expected with lots of comfortable seating and pool floats and toys for our use. The home was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The furniture was very nice with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We celebrated a birthday and ate lots of seafood! I loved that management was available nearby and communicated with us throughout the stay with reminders such as trash pickup days, etc. We would not hesitate to book with My Paradise Retreat again!!

Gram & Gramps, son, wife, 3 teen daughters. Each girl had her own room. Pool was the highlight - out there almost all day, every day. Close to the beach with a designated parking area for the golf cart made that trip very doable. A few little things needed attention and the manager was prompt in responding and taking care. We would definitely come back to this spot!

We had the perfect stay in this house. There was 8 of us staying there and never one time did we ever feel cramped and that is without using the bunk bed room. The pool was a big hit. We paid for heating and the kids swam in it everyday even when the weather was cooler outside. We all loved the golf cart. It made it a one minute drive to the beach and the house came with beach chairs and sand toys so we took those with us on the golf cart to take to the beach. We also enjoyed just driving around in the golf cart enjoying the fresh air. The property manager was amazing! We have stayed at multiple vacation rentals and have never had a property manager as helpful and quick responding as him. The location of this house was also perfect. Right by the dollar store if you need to get something quick, nice neighborhood, and close to the beach. We will definitely rent this again when we come back next year!

This rental was a great choice for 4 adults and a 10 year old. eveyone had their own king bed and loved it. The pool is amazing as previously mentioned. Having a working grill was a bonus! Plenty of seating for large groups. A previous review mentioned lack of cooking items for large groups and I would agree but there is a Dollar General in walking distance and other stores not too far away to buy a large pot or so. The walk to the beach was short and nice through the neighborhood. If you have a large or small group this is an awesome place.

We had a wonderful time staying at the beach house. The pool was amazing and a big hit with everyone in our group. The rooms were all good sized and provided enough sleeping space for everyone. Kitchen area was nice but could use a little more updated pots and pans or glassware for cooking. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the house five of our seven days. We really enjoyed our time and would love to book this house again!

The townhome was very clean and nice. It is a short walk or even shorter ride on the golf cart to the beach. The pool was awesome and a great feature for the kids! The owner was very responsive and nice. The property management company never responded to any issue or email. Great property to rent for family and friends and will rent it again!

We had so much room! Our family really enjoyed the property...especially the pool! We were not very far from the beach even to walk. The only negative was the golf cart sometimes stalled on us but we figured it out! Thank you for a great stay. WE WILL BE BACK!!

Communication was great with manager. The house has everything you need. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, a 5 yr old and a 1 year old in our group. Plenty of room. The kids loved the pool. The manager provides a golf cart you can take to the beach which is about 4 blocks. We parked in the public parking near Pompano Joes and took stairs from Pompano Joes parking lot to beach instead of walking back to the private beach entrance for the neighborhood. The master bedroom has a huge closet we used for a room for the babies pack and play. The other 3 bedrooms with king beds are small and not much room to get around beds, but serves purpose. The bunk room is more roomy. There were no remotes to use fans in the rooms, so if you like a fan bring one. We did find one in garage we used. There are beach chairs and beach toys in garage. Gas grill by pool. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas around pool. There are 2 huge storage containers on patio with pool toys. We will definitely stay again. Being close to Dollar General a plus!

The house was perfect for me and my friends for spring break. Yowceph was very helpful and had good communication. The pool was the biggest plus of this house we had it heated and it was perfect the whole outdoor area was amazing. Another positive was the location with the dollar general a short walk away and the beach a quick walk or drive away you couldn’t beat it.

This home was Everything they advertised and More.. It was Perfect for our group There were 4 adults and 4 children and that was More than enough room for all of us Every room was Beautifully furnished and the pool kept the kids busy for hours on end. Of course the adults enjoyed it too…Would definitely stay here again. Best place we have Ever stayed at in Destin. I highly recommend this home.

The pool is adequately furnished with plenty of seating/lounging. The house is all one level which is a plus for older folks and toddlers. The house was very clean. The manager was easy to contact when necessary and prompt with response/help. Proximity of Dollar General is an added perk. Destin/Miramar Beach area is our favorite place to vacation. We would definitely stay in this house again.

I've always stayed in hotels in the past, but my wife wanted to try a house. I really appreciate the privateness of a house. We had a pool to ourselves (obviously) and didn't have loud neighbors. This is the way to go. 'the house wins'

The highlight of this property for us was the pool. We didn't feel the need to spend a bunch of time on the beach when we had a private pool at our disposal! The golf cart was a huge plus. Gated community, quiet neighborhood, so we felt safe and only a few blocks from the beach and Pompano Joe's which was our favorite beach restaurant! There were a few things that needed attention but the rate we were charged reflected these minor things. Beds were on the firm side. The place was clean and very well stocked. We did have a big list of things to do before we left which I loved. Just asked to take out trash and wash dishes. I would definitely reserve this place again without hesitation. Perfect for a friends and family vacation!

Great home for a large family or multiple small families. The pool is gorgeous and clean. Plenty of pool and beach toys. Golf cart was super helpful for getting to the beach, stores and local spots. Loved it! Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. Easy check in and out and communication with owner was easy.

As the title states. The pool is pretty awesome and we spent a lot of time in it. The house is very nice as well, and the fast access to the beach was super nice. The inside is well kept. The owner had great communication. No complaints. Definitely Would rent again!

We were looking for a Spring Break spot that would provide some privacy and space to enjoy one of the last weeks of my maternity leave with family. We travelled with a family of four (including newborn), family of five, and a grandmother and had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the layout of the house! The outside setup is amazing... large, private heated pool: We had a couple cooler days on our trip, so the 90 degree pool got lots of use. Again, plenty of room to spread out outside as well. My mother enjoyed getting out on the golf cart to hit up Miramar shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach. I enjoyed getting new baby out for walks around the neighborhood as there was no thru traffic. The house was very clean and freshly updated. Owner was responsive, but to be honest, we didn’t have any reason to reach out after check in. Kitchen has all needed appliances and utensils. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Mattresses were all comfortable. The 1 minute walk to Dollar General was so convenient! If you are looking for privacy, space to spread out, a great pool, and awesome location, this is the winner!! We will definitely be back!

Four households came together in Miramar Beach for a spring break getaway. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house fit our party of 14 comfortably. The pool is large and amazing, the ambiance is relaxing, a short walk to the beach, and what a cool couch! We ended most nights playing games together. The couch fit us all, in various levels of relaxed states. A few minor issues were handled much faster than expected with a great degree of courtesy from the host, Yowceph. Thank you for the hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay. Highlight was definitely the heated pool! We spent hours in it..even when it was cool outside. We enjoyed the patio area with plenty of seating for everyone! Loved the layout of the house..all on one level but spacious...so perfect for our family with large age range to have their own space..but not be too far! The owner was responsive and helpful to any issues that came up! Looking forward to coming back again!
