1st Floor:

Kitchen: This stylish kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals with family and friends. It features crisp white cabinetry, a polished quartz countertop, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas-range stove. Amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender. A large navy island with a built-in sink accommodates seating for 6, creating the perfect spot to gather and share meals.

Dining Room: Next to the kitchen, the dining area includes a wooden table for 6, highlighted by a round pendant light overhead.

Living Room: The living room features 3 full-sized couches and a large flat-screen TV, opening directly to the pool area for effortless indoor-outdoor living. It’s an inviting space to relax, entertain, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, accent chair, private closet, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom attached with a Jack-and-Jill vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Half Bathroom #6: The half bath is located in the entry hallway on the left.

Bedroom #4: This bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, 2 nightstands, an accent chair, private closet, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is a bathroom attached with a Jack-and-Jill vanity and large walk-in shower that is conjoined with Bedroom #5.

Bathroom #4: This bathroom is attached to Bedrooms #4 and #5 and includes a Jack-and-Jill vanity and large walk-in shower.

Bedroom #5: This bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, 2 nightstands, an accent chair, chaise lounge, private closet, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is a bathroom attached with a Jack-and-Jill vanity and large walk-in shower that is conjoined with Bedroom #4.

Laundry: The laundry room is to the right of the stairs. There is a full-sized washer and dryer, you will find all of the bath linens here.

3rd Floor:

Bedroom #6 + Bathroom #5: This bedroom includes 2 queen-sized beds, 1 nightstand, an accent chair, sofa, and a mounted flat-screen TV. At the front of the room, a convenient kitchenette features a mini-fridge, sink, and coffee maker. There is a private bathroom attached with a single vanity and large walk-in shower.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 5 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
