Included with this home is a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart. The community is located off scenic Highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tail restaurant and beach access. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart we include over to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall (home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, Grocery Stores, gas stations, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This is a fully stocked kitchen with a center island bar. The bar will seat an additional 4 people across from the dining room table. The countertops are granite, and the finishes are timeless brushed nickel and stainless steel. There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, blender, griddle, crock pot, and all the cookware and utensils needed.

DINING ROOM: The open-concept dining room has seating for 10 guests, plus an additional 4 guests can sit comfortably at the kitchen island.

LIVING ROOM: This living area is very spacious and offers plenty of seating but still gives a cozy and welcoming feel. It includes a flat-screen TV, coffee table, and end tables and boasts a view of the backyard and pool.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom can also be accessed through the hallway next to the kitchen.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, a large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and nightstands. It also has a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower tub combination.

LAUNDRY CLOSET: Located in the hallway just before the kitchen, you will find a stackable washer and dryer.

3RD FLOOR:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #7: Located on the third floor at the top of the stairs is bedroom #7. This large bedroom has 2 sets of full over full bunk beds, a small refrigerator, and a foosball table! It shares a bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower with bedroom #8.

BEDROOM #8: It has a king-size bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom #8 shares the only third-floor bathroom with bedroom #7.

ADDITIONAL PROPERTY INFORMATION:

AMENITIES:
-Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
-Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.
-Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules.
-Deposit + Payments
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home. Final Balance Due: The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid 60 days before arrival
-Damage Waiver: $199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

-Pool Heat: $300.00

GOLF CART:
-Free Golf Cart Included with Rental. Some Exclusions may apply. Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or student groups.

PETS:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.

PARKING:
-ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 6 CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.

CANCELLATIONS:
- 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30
days before check-in.

The house is in a perfect location. The golf cart was an excellent addition to the house. We drove that more than we drove our cars. There is so much to do close by. There are two large outdoor shopping areas that you can get to with the cart and a bunch of restaurants. We had so much fun! I couldn’t come up with a complaint even if I wanted to. Everything was perfect!

This place was perfect for us! We felt right at home. It was so beautiful and spacious. The only thing is that we had to wash our linens because it seemed like the bottom sheets weren’t clean on most beds. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The kitchen had everything you can think of for use, except an air fryer. Their cooking utensils were high quality, I really enjoyed cooking there. The golf cart made our stay even more enjoyable. The views from the balcony were so relaxing and beautiful. Well stocked up with towels in every bathroom and extra blankets in every room. This home is perfection! Thank you Ryan! We look forward to coming back soon! One week was not enough.

Cabana Crush Family Vacation

This house was perfect. The younger kids stayed on the 3rd floor. The teenagers and adults had the 2nd floor, seniors had the 1st floor (no stairs). Kitchen had everything you would need. Pool was a nice size, golf cart was a huge bonus. Perfect location. We will definitely come back. Thank you LC

Family vacation

The entire process from choosing the house to checkout was so simple. The house was as described. The check in and check out process couldn’t be an easier. Great location in a gated neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. We had a family of 18 there for the week and had plenty of room for everyone

Amazing Place To Stay

The company that owns the home allowed our college age student group to stay with approval and made the whole process quite easy. There are a few strict regulations, but nothing that hinders you from having a great trip. We had one problem with the fridge water not working, but maintenance was responsive and at the home at the next day. They did get it fixed by the end of the trip. The home is just as it is pictured and was one of the nicest places I have stayed. The fenced outdoor area was the highlight of our stay, the pool is well kept and amazing! On arrival the home was very clean beautiful and we were stunned.

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, house was in Great condition and very well equipped with supplies. We especially loved the kitchen and how well it was stocked. Definitely glad we paid for pool heating, enabled us to use it all the time with lower temps. Definitely would come back.

Picture Perfect

The property was great, looks exactly like the online pictures. Very clean, with great amenities. Well decorated with the right touches. Very kid friendly, no breakable items or decor to have to move to keep the kids from breaking. That was a big plus. More than enough space. The golf cart was handy to get the kids to the beach. Great time by the beautiful poolside. The host delivered everything they promoted and promised.

We loved this place and our week at the beach! The house was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. It is in a gated neighborhood a very short distance from the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, but several of us walked to and from the beach as well. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Bad Ass Coffee, Whale’s Tail and Alvin’s were frequented throughout our week there. The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of seating in the backyard and kitchen for meal times. The outdoor shower is really a nice touch! There are grocery and convenience stores close by. We ran into just a few small issues with the house (wear and tear from other guests) that were seen to within a day by the management company. Thank you, Ryan, for a lovely week at the beach.

Great home for a large group! Plenty of towels and linens. Nice backyard! The pool was great for the littles to play on the small shallow shelf area. Only downsids was there was absolutely no cabinet/drawer space for any food you wanted to stock for your visit but the kitchen was amazingly stocked with cooking stuff!

Great Beach House

Overall we had a great time at Cabana Crush. It was very clean and worked out great for our large group. We found a few discrepancies in description between VRBO listing and the property management web site. They were explained and any issues we had were quickly resolved. Overall a wonderful home to stay in and Miramar Beach is a wonderful place for families with kids.

We had a great stay at Cabana Crush! There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone in our group. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool, and the kids even took the paddle board to the beach. Walk from the house to the private beach access was about 10 minutes; while you can not park at the beach access, the walk was not a problem for our group. (Parking is available at public beach access a little further away.) I highly recommend this property to any large groups.

Very fun week in Destin stunning home

Very nice home, very busy area, drive at night and avoid traffic jams, the home is beautiful, great room for the whole family! Nice pool! Close to beach, fun with golf cart!! Great kitchen, we cooked most meals, went out 1 night for dinner (2) hour wait at restaurant cooking was the best option for us! Thanks

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

This home is so beautiful, and was perfect for our large family! We loved that every room had it's own bathroom. We loved having the golf cart to go easily to and from the beach. We opted to add heat to the pool a few days after we got there. Not a problem. We had it immediately and enjoyed it so very much. Loved our precious family time and watching my children and grandchildren play together. Many wonderful memories. Hoping to come back in a couple of years!

Cabana Crushing it!

Literally not one complaint! Great house, pool is perfect, beds comfortable, everything in new condition. Property managers available anytime, golf cart makes it next level vacationing! One of the best in Miramar/ Destin no doubt!

Family vacation 2022

There were 22 family members from age 10 to 72, we would not change anything—close walk to beautiful Miramar Beach and the golf cart made it easy for Grammy and Grandpa to go to the beach, shopping or cruising around. The pool in the backyard was enjoyed every morning and evening by our all of us and especially our 14 grandkids. Cabana Crush is in a gated community and is very quiet and peaceful and everyone felt entirely safe. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Great stay!!
