Blue Betty is a charming 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom coastal retreat that sleeps up to 12 guests, thoughtfully designed for relaxed beach living along Scenic 30A. This inviting escape features a private pool, a roof top belvedere, amazing outdoor space with dining tables spread along the porches, a porch swing and wood burning fire pit creating a graceful setting designed with you in mind.

The home is arranged across two levels, creating a natural balance between shared spaces and private accommodations. The second floor serves as the main living level, where the open kitchen, dining, and living areas connect seamlessly for everyday gathering and time together. Three bedrooms are also located on this level, including a master suite with its own bathroom. On the first floor, two additional bedrooms—including a bunk room—are paired with a game room and wet bar, providing flexibility and space to spread out throughout the stay.

Outdoors, the expansive porches offer a peaceful retreat to unwind and leads down to the fenced private pool, where loungers and a grill are ready for afternoons outdoors and relaxed evenings after the beach. Bedroom 1+ Bathroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a dresser, private closet, and flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom attached with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 + Bathroom #2: This bedroom includes 1 twin/twin bunks, two additional twins and a private closet just off the 1st floor game room area. Attached is bathroom 2 with a single vanity and standup shower.

Laundry room: The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor.

Front yard + Backyard + Porch: The front yard features a private pool surrounded by loungers and open deck space, offering a relaxed setting for swimming and sun-filled afternoons. A nearby grill makes outdoor meals easy and enjoyablewith a patio-sitting area. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, drip coffeemaker, crockpot, griddle, and blender, along with all standard cookware and utensils. A spacious island with seating for 6 creates an ideal space for casual dining.

Dining Room: The dining area is next to the kitchen and includes an oak dinning table with seating for 6.
