Beach Blessings is a charming 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom coastal retreat that sleeps up to 14 guests, thoughtfully designed for relaxed beach living along Scenic 30A. The home is arranged across two levels, creating a natural balance between shared spaces and private accommodations. The second floor serves as the main living level, where the open kitchen, dining, and living areas connect seamlessly for everyday gathering and time together. Three bedrooms are also located on this level, including a master suite with its own bathroom and direct access to the screened porch. On the first floor, three additional bedrooms—including a bunk room—are paired with an extra living area and wet bar, providing flexibility and space to spread out throughout the stay.

Outdoors, the screened porch offers a peaceful retreat to unwind and leads down to the fenced private pool, where loungers and a grill are ready for afternoons outdoors and relaxed evenings after the beach. Bedroom + Bathroom #2: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, private closet, and flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom attached with a single vanity and shower/bathtub combination.

Bedroom + Bathroom #3: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, private closet, and flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom attached with a single vanity and large walk-in shower.

-Pets are NOT permitted in this home.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 4 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
