1st Floor:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. Its bold design features both white and black cabinetry, with modern gold accents. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large counter-height bar with at least 6 bar stools. It’s located in the back left corner of the home and has a window with a view of the back screened-in patio, and the pool in the backyard.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just past the home entryway. It has TWO beautiful tables, seating a total of 20 people. It is just before the kitchen and bar, so anyone sitting at the bar stools will not be far from the rest of the family.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. It has large windows with a view of the back screened-in patio, and a pool in the backyard. It has 3 full-sized couches and a mounted 55-inch flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the dining room to the right after walking in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.

BATHROOM #8 (Half Bath): Located across from the laundry room, off of the entryway. All the bathrooms in the home have custom-built cabinetry and granite countertops. 

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located right off the entryway to the right. There is a stackable washer and dryer.

BACK SCREENED-IN PATIO & OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Located at the back of the home and just off of the living room and kitchen, is a large and cozy screened-in patio space. It includes a smaller, secondary kitchenette, an outdoor dining table, and a living space with a mounted flat screen tv. All are protected from the sun and weather.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. There is a HOT TUB SPA, and the private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2nd Floor:

2ND FLOOR GAME ROOM AREA: This is a central area of the home, located on the 2nd-floor stair landing. It includes a handful of classic arcade-style games for the whole family to enjoy.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Up the stairs, straight, and to the right is bedroom #2. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. And access to a small, shared front balcony. (Shared with bedroom #3 across the hall).

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Across from bedroom #2. This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination. And also has access to the cozy, shared, front balcony.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is up the stairs and to the left, off of the main landing.. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom is next to the bunk room (bedroom #6). It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM #6: (BUNK ROOM): When you get to the landing on the 2nd floor, go past bedroom #4 and you will find this bunk room in the front corner of the home. It includes FOUR full-over-full bunks beds which sleep 16, 2 end tables, and TWO mounted flat-screen TVs. The bathroom for this bunk room is located down the hall, right at the top of the stairs. This room also has access to the front balcony. There is a coded security lock on this balcony door for child safety.

BATHROOM #6 This bathroom belongs to bedroom #6. They are not joined, but they are both on the 2nd floor, just down the hall from each other. This is a full bathroom complete with a bathtub.

3rd Floor:

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur. 

•This is a NON-smoking property.

•Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure home.

Final Balance Due:
Balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Waiver:
$199, covering up to $500 in damage protection. Not refundable.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
