1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. Its bold design features both white and blue cabinetry! Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large, counter-height, island bar with at least 6 bar stools. It’s located in the back left corner of the home and has a window with a view of the back screened-in patio, and the pool in the backyard.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just past the home entryway. It has TWO beautiful tables, not just one. It is just before the kitchen and bar, so anyone sitting at the bar stools will not be far from the rest of the family.

LIVING ROOM: This spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. It has large windows with a view of the back screened-in patio, and a pool in the backyard. It has 2 full-sized couches, one loveseat, and a mounted flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the entryway to the right. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.

HALF BATH #8: Located off of the entryway to the left. All the bathrooms in the home have custom-built cabinetry and granite countertops.

BACK SCREENED-IN PATIO & OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Located at the back of the home, off of the living room and kitchen, is a large and cozy screened-in patio space. It includes a smaller, secondary kitchenette, an outdoor dining table, and a living space. All are protected from the sun and weather.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. There is a HOT TUB SPA, and the private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR:

CAFE AREA: Located in the middle of the 2nd floor is a café, with bistro tables, a coffee bar, a Keurig, a coffee maker, and mugs. There is also a mini fridge! This is a great area to relax after waking up in the morning.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located near the café area, there is a full-size washer and dryer.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: At the top of the 2nd-floor landing, go down the hall to the left, (back towards the front of the home), and the first room you come to is bedroom #2. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: A little further down the hall from bedroom #2, is bedroom #3. This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is up the stairs, off of the main landing. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: Go straight to the top of the stair landing, down the hall to the left is this bedroom. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: Across the hall from bedroom #5, is this bedroom. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

FRONT BALCONY: At the end of the hallway, near bedrooms 2 & 3, there is a door that accesses a small balcony off the front of the home. Includes a few comfy chairs.

3RD FLOOR:

3RD FLOOR GAME ROOM AREA: This is located at the top of the home. It includes a handful of classic arcade-style games for the whole family to enjoy.
UPSTAIRS GAME AREA & KITCHENETTE: This is another common area for the home to share! The living section includes seating and a mounted flat screen tv. And the kitchenette has a sink, microwave, Keurig, a few basic utensils, and a SECOND REFRIGERATOR!
BEDROOM # 7 (BUNK ROOM): To the left, behind the kitchenette, is a bunk room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds, sleeping 8 people.
BEDROOM #8 (BUNK ROOM): To the left, past the kitchenette, is another bunk room identical to bedroom #7.
BATHROOM # 7: This bathroom is for bedrooms 7 and 8 to share. It is a full bathroom complete with a shower and tub.
3RD-FLOOR BALCONY: located off of the 3rd-floor game area is a balcony with seating and a great view.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities:
1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, and 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring:
Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

•Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home.
Final Balance Due:

Damage Waiver:
$199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
