KITCHEN: This kitchen is fully stocked and ready for making meals for families. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster,coffee pot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is a counter-height bar with 4 bar stools.
DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just across from the kitchen. It seats 8 comfortably.
LIVING ROOM w/ Bunk Beds: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. There are plenty of comfortable seating options. This area is also where there are 4 bunk beds. From the living room you have access to the backyard and the beautiful pool.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a shower and separate tub.
BEDROOM #2: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen TV.
BEDROOM #3 It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen TV.
BATHROOM #2 Is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
