KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It has taupe cabinets and granite countertops. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the standard utensils and cookware. There is also a counter-height bar with 6 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen, this dining room has a large beautiful wooden table with seating for 8.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, which offers an open-concept layout. It has a large “L” shaped couch, a plush accent chair, and a mounted flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM #1: This bedroom is located to the left upon entering the home. It includes a Full/Full bunk, 2 bean bag chairs, and a wall-mounted Connect 4 game board.

HALF BATH #1: The half bath is located next to the kitchen and living room for convenience.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located in the garage.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, a cushioned chaise lounge, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The private pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom is the first in the hallway after going up the stairs. It includes a king-sized bed, 1 nightstand, a dresser, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This master bedroom is located to the right at the end of the hallway. It includes a king-sized bed, 3 nightstands, a sleeper sofa, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is located at the end of the hallway. It includes 2 full-sized beds, 1 dresser, a bean bag chair, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has access to the balcony overlooking the front of the home. It also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

• Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

50% of total rent is due to secure a home.
Final Balance Due:
Balance of rent, tax and
damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Waiver:
$199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
