GAME ROOM: This room comes equipped with a foosball table, 2 chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV. The laundry room and 1st floor bedrooms branch off of the game room area.

BEDROOM #1: This bedroom is located to the right side of the game room upon entering the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is access to the pool area from this bedroom. It has a conjoined bathroom that is shared with Bedroom #2.

BEDROOM #2: This bedroom is located to the left side of the game room. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is access to the pool area from this bedroom. It has a conjoined bathroom that is shared with Bedroom #1.

BATHROOM #1: This bathroom includes a single vanity and a tub/shower combination shared by Bedrooms #1 and #2.

LAUNDRY: Located off the game room downstairs. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all the bathroom linens stored here.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a cabana, putting green billiard table, a round dining table with an umbrella and 4 chairs, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The 30×19 ft. private lagoon pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It has taupe cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the standard utensils and cookware. There is also a counter-height bar with 4 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen, this dining room has a large, beautiful wooden table that seats 8 people.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, which offers an open-concept layout. It has 1 full-sized couch, a loveseat, a velvet accent chair, and a flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM #3: This bedroom is located to the right of the hallway. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is access to the front balcony of the home. It has a conjoined bathroom that is shared with Bedroom #4.

BEDROOM #4: This bedroom is located to the left of the hallway. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is access to the front balcony of the home. It has a conjoined bathroom that is shared with Bedroom #3.

BATHROOM #2: This bathroom includes a single vanity and a tub/shower combination for Bedrooms #3 and #4.

BATHROOM #3 (HALF BATH): This half bath is located in the hallway for convenience.

3RD FLOOR:

BEDROOM #5 + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. There is access to the back balcony overlooking the pool. It has a private bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub, and walk-in shower.

BEDROOM #6 + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a couch. There is access to the back balcony overlooking the pool. It has a private bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub, and walk-in shower.

BEDROOM #7 (BUNK ROOM): This bedroom includes 2 Twin/Twin/Twin bunks and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a small kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge. There is access to the back balcony overlooking the pool.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, and Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur. 

•This is a NON-smoking property.

•Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

•We do not accept packages at the home but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

This home is pet-friendly up to 30lb size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval prior to booking.

Deposits + Payments

Deposit:
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home.
Final Balance Due:
Balance of rent, tax and
damage deposit must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Waiver:
$199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

If a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
